RUNNNNNNNNNNNN to this coffee spot. Wow- the coffee here is outstanding. I went to VR the entire time I was in Minnesota for work and was so very sad they were closed on the weekend. The quality of the coffee was absolutely superb. It was such a soul healing cup of coffee...The customer service was fantastic across the board. The rare coffee shop for everyone. Cappuccinos, chai lattes, teas, but best of all, pour-over coffee. The downtown area, post-pandemic, is bereft of pour-overs. Believe me, I have searched. Since Peace vacated all 3 locations, Vitality is it. Vitality is the rare supplier of a great cuppa coffee, and it sits in the middle of the city. It's decent, and they have a pour over. I don't know that this is the best roaster in the city. The pour overs were all on the weak side, and the beans I bought ended up being a little rough. I like the place and the people there were nice. I don't know that they have their roasting dialed in, however.
