Caribou Coffee in Otsego is a convenient and cozy spot for friends to meet. The staff is friendly and accommodating, especially when helping with technical issues. The variety of options caters to all customers, including vegetarian choices, and the place is often praised for being kid-friendly, making it a great spot for families. Although there can be occasional mishaps with drink quality, such as the caramel cooler, the welcoming atmosphere and central location make it a popular place for a caffeine fix. The staff’s cheerful attitude and willingness to go above and beyond—like giving extra chocolate beans—add to the positive experience. Parking is plentiful, and wheelchair accessibility ensures everyone can enjoy the cozy environment.
