The staff at the Otsego Minnesota location are always friendly enough. However, the donuts are always hit or miss. Half of the time the donut is fresh and tasty. Half of the time the donut is stale, hard, and the icing flakes off when you eat it and it ends up on the seats of my vehicle. Do better on inventory management Dunkin’ Donuts.
Love my local Dunkin! I stop here before every road trip and get the pup's a pup cup and the employees are all so friendly!
I was here earlier this morning and the woman working the register inside with red/pink hair was so so friendly and sweet to my toddler! I didn’t get her name but I hope she gets some recognition 🙏🏻

Dunkin' serves donuts and drinks, with a mixed customer experience. Some orders were delayed or wrong, possibly due to loud music. However, a heartwarming visit on Christmas Day left a pregnant customer and her husband delighted with munchkins and a refreshing drink. Another customer on Christmas Eve praised the friendly and helpful team, noting their teamwork and attention to detail, making the visit a pleasant experience. The staff at this location are extremely speedy, always getting orders and requests correct, and they are very friendly to customers and families. The establishment was spotless, with well-stocked condiments and a good selection of donuts even in the late afternoon, which was a pleasant surprise. The customer service is considered the best in the Midwest, with a young manager showing his co-workers how to make new drinks, demonstrating patience and kindness. The place is kid-friendly, with easy-to-read menus and friendly staff. The sidewalks are wheelchair accessible, and there are handicapped parking spots, although the door is not automatic. There is also a drive-thru for convenience.
