I was here earlier this morning and the woman working the register inside with red/pink hair was so so friendly and sweet to my toddler! I didn’t get her name but I hope she gets some recognition 🙏🏻

The best Dunkin location! Every time I come here the staff are just so terrific and friendly! I usually have my two dogs in the car with me when I go too and they’re always so sweet with my pups who eagerly wait for their special Dunkin pup cups! Anytime we want a special breakfast, this is always where we will go. You just can’t beat it!

However, a heartwarming visit on Christmas Day left a pregnant customer and her husband delighted with munchkins and a refreshing drink. Another customer on Christmas Eve praised the friendly and helpful team, noting their teamwork and attention to detail, making the visit a pleasant experience. The staff at this location are extremely speedy, always getting orders and requests correct, and they are very friendly to customers and families. The establishment was spotless, with well-stocked condiments and a good selection of donuts even in the late afternoon, which was a pleasant surprise. The customer service is considered the best in the Midwest, with a young manager showing his co-workers how to make new drinks, demonstrating patience and kindness. The place is kid-friendly, with easy-to-read menus and friendly staff. The sidewalks are wheelchair accessible, and there are handicapped parking spots, although the door is not automatic. There is also a drive-thru for convenience.
