Didn’t get my drink until I was done eating. The customer before us in line got her drink after I did. Then witnessed 3 customers with wrong orders. Maybe if they turned the music down a little they could focus.
I had the best experience as a husband of a pregnant wife I believe on Christmas Day. My wife had huge cravings for Dunkin’s donuts munchkins and a dragonfruit strawberry drink and we come through they gave amazing smiles right away and they gave us our munchkins and gave a generous amount when I asked for 25 of them some of each flavor. It made both my wife and I day, and we are forever a customer thank you.

Employees were all standing against the wall on their phones and didn’t really greet anybody. They lost my order just for the ticket to be sitting on the counter. Normally I wouldn’t care too much but after this I also received 15% coffee and 85% ice from ‘Nolan’. Please train your employees better.
