“Wonderful place with a great name. Lots of seating in nooks throughout with cute plant decor make this a special place to stop and share a meal/coffee or wine with a friend or family. We rented out for an after hours celebration for a 60th bday and it was perfect!“

“Food is normally fresh and served fast. If you're unhappy with your meal, just ask and they will give you a fresh replacement. Bathrooms are maintained and cleaned when I have been there. A good sign that is active and good management in place.“

“This was my first experience at this coffee shop. The staff there were amazing, super friendly, very helpful for I was indecisive on what to order. The flavor of my mocha was so delicious and smooth and creamy definitely could become an addiction for I would drink that all day every day.“

She handles good situations and tough situations so well, she is a phenomenal manager. She handles her team with such expertise. In fact this is the home of Annick's Old World Coffee - fundraising coffee - which is so well-received and so many school groups have been with this fundraiser for more than 18 years. This coffee roaster is always meticulous, reliable and consistent!“

“Usually this location can be hit or miss on the accuracy of an order, but this Jamie guy is doing a phenomenal job!! 👏👏👏 Calling the name and repeating the exact order and asking if you need a stopper or not. I usually have to hope that my drink is right, but when someone repeats the whole thing I know I shouldn't worry! 💜“

“Extremely friendly staff...I am a fan of their coffee. I enjoy the flavor and quality. Others may have their favorites but Caribou is always mine. It's in a grocery store so even though they have a nice area to sit etc. it's still that atmosphere.“

“This place, specifically Jess, always makes my drinks superb. The atmosphere is blacked and busy for a reason, they know how to bring people back for more. My only complaint is when you go in towards close the workers stand around and talk instead of helping you which i get being young but when there people in line, maybe don’t do that.

Dietary restrictions: I have to have 0 caffeine and they always make me decaf drinks that taste like coffee but aren’t going to make me sick. Everywhere else refuses and offers me “cream based” which i do not want.“

“The gentleman who helped me deserves a 6 out of 5, but I gave a 4 because the line is long even when you do a mobile app and I requested not once but twice in the mobile app and order of the munchkins. Both times points were deducted but I guess it didn't show up in the order. The gentleman who helped quickly added a couple to a bag, which was very kind and I was truly appreciative.“
