They are attentive and thoughtful such as describing and offering new beverages, table service, good hours, and good attitudes. I think it is the manager I always see and she is running a good ship. I am newly Starbucks-loyal.“

“This was our first time at Base Camp, and we tried three different flights. Everything was good, but the Hot Honey, both hot and iced, Salted Caramel, and Lavender Lemonade were the standouts. They’re also dog-friendly, which was a huge plus!“

“My go-to place for coffee when I don't want to drive to Starbucks. Baristas are super nice and inside is always clean. Never too busy (at least when I go) so there is always a table or chair available. Drinks never disappoint, consistent and tasty.“

“Overall, this is a nice coffee shop. It’s a little on the small side, but it does have a nice fireplace and the vibe isn’t cozy. Lots of windows so it’s very bright. Probably not a great place to work from because of a lack of outlets. The drinks are incredibly sweet and I usually have to cut it in half if I get anything specialty. Prices have gotten pretty expensive, too. Overall, their regular coffees are quite good.“

“We love Smith! It is our favorite spot for pizza. Pizza night is the best, especially if you have little kids. If we remember, we reserve ahead and get a table. Otherwise we bring our picnic blanket. Our kids are all under 5 and we love letting them play in the garden. The pizza is amazing and so are the salads. I appreciate a menu that offers a few things and does them really well. This is pretty much the only restaurant I can bring my kids to and have a nice relaxing time myself. I have been earlier in the day for coffee/lunch and it is nice as well.“

“I picked up an apple fritter at 6:00 am this morning. It was the best apple fritter I’ve ever eaten. It was still warm in the middle, crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle. Delicious! The Spanish Latte was amazing too. 10 out of 10. Loved it!“

“Nice crew. My only complaint is that in the mornings ( the two times I’ve been in there at 6:15-6:30) it’s like they are still setting up. I’ve had to wait while pots are started, things stocked. I would think that should all be done before the doors open.

“I go to this Caribou often to work on my computer and have warm interactions with the staff every time! My drinks are made to my liking, and if there are any issues they get corrected with a smile and no questions asked. I highly recommend this Caribou location!“

“I love having this addition to the neighborhood! It is so easy to place my order on the app and just drive up and pick up my order. While I'm there I often stop and get a couple of groceries as well. Clean, friendly, not overly crowded, and lots of seating in the upper level.

Parking: I have been there several times in the morning and have never had a problem finding plenty of parking.“

“A cute little space with a fireplace, seasonal decorations, paintings on the walls, free WiFi, a diverse menu, group seating and individual seating, cold drinks in a fridge, customer bathroom, children's art, bulletin board for community flyers, a water dispenser, checkerboard table with checkers (recycled bottle caps), etc. My baristas were extremely friendly and service was quick. Caramel frappe was delicious. They feature local art vendors and I purchased an adorable pair of earrings. If I lived here, I would be in this coffee shop every single week.“

“One on my favorite breweries, they have great beer, friendly staff, and fun times. The brewery is very community centric, and dog friendly. There are two patios, one that is out front of the building and the other in updstairs. The upstairs patio is very quite and one the best kept secrets in Shakopee. The beers are great, the Hazy IPA is incredible and the Mexican lager is amazing. There is a reason these beers keep wining in the MN brewer's cup.“

“Only thing that would make it five stars is speed! They can be a little slow at times due to how payments are captured at the drive thru and the awkward tipping questions as they hold the credit card machine. I think they need to improve this and make it simpler for customers and employees. Other than that 4 stars all the way!“

“OH. MY. GOSH. I am more of a Starbucks person, but this BLEW my socks off. The Cookies and Cream Cooler was to DIE for. Usually it’s not this good, but this was absolutely fantastic. Now the service… there was a blonde girl I think her name was Macie, but either way she was a total delight! I came at roughly 5:00-5:15, and that’s early. But she was still so sweet even though I had a long order… (I had to buy for my team) but she stayed delightful!!!“

“I just stopped for my usual mocha - no food. The barista was nice, but since the store was nearly empty that time of day (early evening), I had to sort of call out to get someone from the back room. Once she was at the counter, she did a fine job and my mocha was good and just as I’d ordered (dark chocolate & extra hot).“

My order came out in chunks, which was a little odd since it usually comes out all at once, but they were very good at making eye contact and letting me know that my coffee was ready. I did have one con: I asked for extra hot sauce but wasn't given any. I went to the counter, and she happily gave me two more packets with zero complaints or attitude, making sure I didn't feel like a burden. So, overall, it was a good experience.“

“My husband and I are in Deephaven for two weeks watching our grands and our son told us we needed to go out to breakfast at Beanhaven. “I don’t drink Caribou, but I stopped in with my kids to pick up a coffee for their mom. She’s the regular, not me. She has very specific order with special requests. Before I said anything, Suzanne already knew the order. Not my drink… Not a guess… The exact order, exactly how she likes it.

“So in an absolute desperate need of caffeine with a kick of mocha we set out looking for Caribou. Found it and proceeded to the drive thru where we were greeted by the most enjoyable and pleasant voice that belonged to Mitch my superhero and caffeine plug of the day. I am a drama queen who teases and messes with everyone I come in contact with. Most people are caught off guard but dear Mitch gave it right back with such ease and grace I had nothing but respect and admiration for him. He even had the foresight to offer a shot or two of extra espresso. I will from now on only be frequenting this Caribou for the simple reason I will never cheat on my dear Mitch, he is the only barista for this Minnesota Momma.“

“I had the carrot cake pancakes, did not see any carrots in it, tastes more like pumpkin pancakes. It was good though, big pancakes, lots of very sweet syrup mixed with cream cheese that you couldn't taste. I would ask for it on the side next time. Good service. Kind of expensive but everything is when eating out. We were there at 10 am on a Monday. The room is mostly open but since not busy not loud.“

“This location is more quite than many of the others and that is one of the reasons I like it. They have plenty of tables inside to sit at, socialize, or work on something. The store is clean and well kept.

The cashiers and baristas are friendly.

My orders have always been accurately filled.

If there is an opportunity for improvement that I've noticed is that guests waiting at the counter are sometimes ignored or deprioritized over cars through the drive-thru. I've had experiences where I was clearly waiting at the counter to have my order taken before somebody pulled up to the menu board outside. The cashier has, on multiple occassions, made me wait while they took the customer at the drive through first and served them. That may be a company policy, but it makes the customers inside feel valued less.“

“Went here on Friday last week, Sam took my order but I totally goofed, I forgot to ask for it iced. It was no big deal I just asked for a cup of ice and they offered to remake it for me. The coffee and muffin was great, the lobby was clean and well kept. The staff was wonderful, sam and mason took great care of me and my group! Great people, great environment!“

“I don’t really go here often but every now and then I’ll find a gift card from 2018 in my drawer and then I can justify spending $7 for 250mg caffeine. However whenever I do go the team working is always speedy and extremely friendly. Whenever I pull out 4 gift cards with $0.30-$4 on them the cashiers always look at me like I’m crazy. I don’t know how much is on them. They’ve been in a drawer for 7 years every time I use one it’s like seeing if I won the lottery or if it’s just an empty one I forgot to throw away. Anyways…staff here is great. Coffee is expensive but everything is expensive it’s 2025. They also need to start getting whole milk. 5 stars.“

“One time I went this girl was really funny and I felt like that's what we need at humans is a good laugh. I ordered the Cloud Macchiato and we laughed and called it The Cloud Thing. This was the best experience I have ever had and I always go to this Starbucks. I recommend this!“

“I love Brew Park. Our husky, Kona, loves it even more. The staff and park Rangers are incredible. You can bring your beer or wine into the park while you watch your pup play, or leave them there and watch them play behind the huge windows in the restaurant/bar area. I personally love going in the mornings to try new specialty coffees off their dog themed menu and grab some breakfast/brunch. All their staff are trained in dog behavior, and do a great job at keeping the park safe and fun for all pups! The indoor area is temp controlled. It's perfect for the really hot days, and the days that are too cold for my human body to endure. They have cute benches and areas to sit in the park, and even have TVs to watch the game while your dog has the time of their life. If you like dogs, you have to check out Brew Park.“

“I was at this store when it was about to close in 5 minutes. I asked for a dark roast and instead of denying it the lady said she could do a pour over in like 2 minutes. How many folks do we come across that are 100% committed to the last minute during work. A big shout out for Camila! I’d definitely do my best to retain such an employee ???“
