I used to love this coffee, and the customer service.....now I can't get a simple email returned.
pretty sad.
i like to try new brands of coffee and i opened a brand new 32 Oz ground bag, but the heat seal was stamped over the fold over metal seal making it impossible to open and still use the metal fold over seal. now I have a brand new bag of coffee I can't close, great. I'll never buy this again
I like a couple of their flavored pods and normally order via Amazon. They were out of stock so I went to the Cameron’s website and ordered. No shipping updates for like 15 days. Contacted them and they had no record of a tracking number. It finally came today. (20 days)
