“My go-to place for coffee when I don't want to drive to Starbucks. Baristas are super nice and inside is always clean. Never too busy (at least when I go) so there is always a table or chair available. Drinks never disappoint, consistent and tasty.“

“A cute little space with a fireplace, seasonal decorations, paintings on the walls, free WiFi, a diverse menu, group seating and individual seating, cold drinks in a fridge, customer bathroom, children's art, bulletin board for community flyers, a water dispenser, checkerboard table with checkers (recycled bottle caps), etc. My baristas were extremely friendly and service was quick. Caramel frappe was delicious. They feature local art vendors and I purchased an adorable pair of earrings. If I lived here, I would be in this coffee shop every single week.“

“I love having this addition to the neighborhood! It is so easy to place my order on the app and just drive up and pick up my order. While I'm there I often stop and get a couple of groceries as well. Clean, friendly, not overly crowded, and lots of seating in the upper level.

Parking: I have been there several times in the morning and have never had a problem finding plenty of parking.“

“This is our local Caribou and it is always a favorite! I have never been disappointed by something I’ve gotten here. The staff is also extremely friendly and accommodating! In this photo is the cookies and cream cooler and the white chocolate pumpkin cooler. Both were amazing!! Pumpkin cooler is pretty sweet, while the cookies and cream is a bit less sweet. “One on my favorite breweries, they have great beer, friendly staff, and fun times. The brewery is very community centric, and dog friendly. There are two patios, one that is out front of the building and the other in updstairs. The upstairs patio is very quite and one the best kept secrets in Shakopee. The beers are great, the Hazy IPA is incredible and the Mexican lager is amazing. There is a reason these beers keep wining in the MN brewer's cup.“

“I don’t really go here often but every now and then I’ll find a gift card from 2018 in my drawer and then I can justify spending $7 for 250mg caffeine. However whenever I do go the team working is always speedy and extremely friendly. Whenever I pull out 4 gift cards with $0.30-$4 on them the cashiers always look at me like I’m crazy. I don’t know how much is on them. They’ve been in a drawer for 7 years every time I use one it’s like seeing if I won the lottery or if it’s just an empty one I forgot to throw away. Anyways…staff here is great. Coffee is expensive but everything is expensive it’s 2025. They also need to start getting whole milk. 5 stars.“

“This location is more quite than many of the others and that is one of the reasons I like it. They have plenty of tables inside to sit at, socialize, or work on something. The store is clean and well kept.

The cashiers and baristas are friendly.

My orders have always been accurately filled.

If there is an opportunity for improvement that I've noticed is that guests waiting at the counter are sometimes ignored or deprioritized over cars through the drive-thru. I've had experiences where I was clearly waiting at the counter to have my order taken before somebody pulled up to the menu board outside. The cashier has, on multiple occassions, made me wait while they took the customer at the drive through first and served them. That may be a company policy, but it makes the customers inside feel valued less.“

“Came into this Caribou location for the first time to do a little work before an appointment nearby. Plenty of seating options and lots of outlets, which I appreciate. I find it odd that the barista station is so far in the back, but is likely just a downside of the building set up and needs for the drive thru. I got a hot mocha and a warmed up blueberry muffin. Both were great and met expectations. Coffee trips are getting more and more expensive, but if you are a frequent coffee trip person, this is not surprising to you. Would come here again!“
