I've come to this location for years, probably hundreds of times - only out of convenience and lack of other coffee shops in this area do I come here. The employees are fine but no one is all that friendly, i cant tell you one person's name and they all know me by face at this point. ALWAYS dirty. messy tables, messy ground...takes 5 min to go around and clean. I rarely see it. I really like this starbucks because my order is never wrong but the older lady taking orders is one of the rudest people in the world. She's never in a good mood and if she is, you definitely can't tell. She's miserable and in the middle of our order, she sighed and had an attitude. I don't know if you realized your microphone was on but why would you work with people if you don't like people?

Good coffee, fast nice service beautiful friendly smiles and good coffee baristas as usual. A little waiting time with busy drive thrus, line in the actual store and else when.
