“So good! Nice people - excellent service and GREAT food. The samosas were perfect - not greasy, flaky crust, delicious mint sauce. The chicken momos were delicious - can't wait to try the veggie momos! The garlic naan was light and airy - not at all chewy like some can get. I have had the chicken josh and chicken tika and both were excellent. We will be working our way through the menu!”

“great sandwiched and even better service! I was in to the Chan location. a bit ago and there was a mix up in Sammie between myself and another customer. I did not realize this until after a 20min drive home. I called the store and they immediately knew what happened. offered to comp my next meal. well, today I had the time to go back and I no more than walk in the door and they knew who I was and comped my sandwich. no questions! top notch customer service! Cheers!”

“Wow. We had been to Hope Breakfast Bar at another location a few months ago, and were just “meh” after that experience, but were really impressed after our visit here at the Chanhassen location. KJ was our server, and was so super attentive and friendly, and I absolutely loved my Hawaiian Bowl. The quality of the coffee (although some people have complained about the price) is so worth it! Will definitely be returning.”

“I picked up an apple fritter at 6:00 am this morning. It was the best apple fritter I’ve ever eaten. It was still warm in the middle, crispy on the outside and chewy in the middle. Delicious! The Spanish Latte was amazing too. 10 out of 10. Loved it!”

“Only thing that would make it five stars is speed! They can be a little slow at times due to how payments are captured at the drive thru and the awkward tipping questions as they hold the credit card machine. I think they need to improve this and make it simpler for customers and employees. Other than that 4 stars all the way!”

“I stopped in and got a few meals and they all heated up nicely and tasted great, no rubbery cafeteria flavor like some microwave meals can be.

Reasonable price for each meal and I was offered a free meal coupon at checkout for being a first time customer. 👍”

“Years ago was excited to see all the locations opening in the southwest metro. This morning I noticed all but one has closed. My favorite was Chaska, perfectly cooked, prompt delivery. Eden Prairie tended to undercook, where Chan always overcook. I always felt that the Chan location had them pre-prepared and cooked. Pizza's tended to be overcooked and dry.
So when Chaska closed due to franchisee issues I was left wondering where to go. Only location near me was the Chanhassen one. Was willing to go for a little bit of a ride to either the one east of Excelsior, or the one in Shakopee like I said earlier they are now closed. I had a gift card that I wanted to use so off to Chanhassen I go.
Surprise surprise surprise the pizza was delicious. Hot, fresh, perfect leopard spots on the cheese.
I'm now thinking maybe they grew too fast and the franchise and crew just don't follow the rules. I will be giving the Chan location another try as I feel this was a huge turn around for them.”

“Shouldn’t be surprised that on Halloween and also a Tuesday, this placed was JAMMED. Never saw so many people, both behind the counter and out where the customers were. The staff was working their tails off, but still had a smile & time to be personable. And I got in and out there surprisingly fast, give how busy they were. Robin and Desiree, and the entire staff are amazing, and their great service is why I keep coming back for more.”

“Was at Moes's Char House Chanhassen with Sarah Morgan . Pulled $250 in Pulltabs. The waiter, an Excelsior Dufus, would not let me use 3 credit cards, he demanded cash. I tipped him $30 and then the manager yelled at me for shorting the tab. $50 in cash had gone missing from the table as the Excelsior Man giggled at me. I tipped him $30 more and left. Don't go to Moe's Char House!”

“I don’t really go here often but every now and then I’ll find a gift card from 2018 in my drawer and then I can justify spending $7 for 250mg caffeine. However whenever I do go the team working is always speedy and extremely friendly. Whenever I pull out 4 gift cards with $0.30-$4 on them the cashiers always look at me like I’m crazy. I don’t know how much is on them. They’ve been in a drawer for 7 years every time I use one it’s like seeing if I won the lottery or if it’s just an empty one I forgot to throw away. Anyways…staff here is great. Coffee is expensive but everything is expensive it’s 2025. They also need to start getting whole milk. 5 stars.”

“Being my one Quiznos place closed down, I went to find other sub sandwich stores. Most are disappointing or average, but Jimmy Johns is quite good and love going there once a week.
If they had chipotle mayo....that'd be awesome.”
