“So good! Nice people - excellent service and GREAT food. The samosas were perfect - not greasy, flaky crust, delicious mint sauce. The chicken momos were delicious - can't wait to try the veggie momos! The garlic naan was light and airy - not at all chewy like some can get. I have had the chicken josh and chicken tika and both were excellent. We will be working our way through the menu!”

“great sandwiched and even better service! I was in to the Chan location. a bit ago and there was a mix up in Sammie between myself and another customer. I did not realize this until after a 20min drive home. I called the store and they immediately knew what happened. offered to comp my next meal. well, today I had the time to go back and I no more than walk in the door and they knew who I was and comped my sandwich. no questions! top notch customer service! Caribou Coffee has become my favorite spot, and it's all thanks to the amazing team, especially Connor and Rachel. From the moment you walk through the door, Connor makes you feel genuinely welcomed with a cheerful hello and engaging small talk. He always remembers the regulars' names, making you feel like part of the Caribou family.

Rachel and Connor always get my order spot on, whether it's my large Caramel Cooler with an extra shot of espresso or my favorite shortbread cookie. Their attention to detail and friendly service consistently brighten my day. Connor's great sense of humor and warm demeanor make every visit a delightful experience.

If you're looking for a coffee shop where the staff truly cares about their customers and the quality of service is top-notch, look no further than this Caribou Coffee. Highly recommend!

They can be a little slow at times due to how payments are captured at the drive thru and the awkward tipping questions as they hold the credit card machine. I think they need to improve this and make it simpler for customers and employees. Other than that 4 stars all the way!”

“This is the pub we always visit on our trips from England. Decent beer and wine which is served by great bar staff. Enjoy sitting around the bar where we always meet and have a friendly chat with local people. Will be back 2025.”

“Every time I come to the twin cities I always stop at Red Savoy, I always get my chicken dry rub with the sauce on the side, and they always get my order right cooking my chicken a little extra crispy. I am a wing connoisseur and no one not even Popeyes can touch red Savoy's and Chan Hansen wings. I live three and a half hours up north I wish that you could open one near Grand rapids Minnesota, but until then on my next visit I will see you then”

“Shouldn’t be surprised that on Halloween and also a Tuesday, this placed was JAMMED. Never saw so many people, both behind the counter and out where the customers were. The staff was working their tails off, but still had a smile & time to be personable. And I got in and out there surprisingly fast, give how busy they were. Robin and Desiree, and the entire staff are amazing, and their great service is why I keep coming back for more.”

“Scrubbing and spraying is the only thing I do when I’m cleaning the kitchen floor is to clean it up with the soap in it so it can clean it out before it goes in there is a lot more clean than the other stuff in the bathroom”

“Amazing food and service!! Jake is an amazing server. So hard to find such great service. Scott is amazing also. Today the food was overcooked though. Crust on stuffed chicken was black and meatloaf was black as well. I've been there many times and have not had this issue before.”

“The process for new customers was very confusing. I had to wait several minutes for them to remake my sandwich. Register lady tried to help but was a bit embarrassing as 5 customers went ahead of me.
Next time I visited had a much better experience. Spoke with the manager who was kind and listened to my 2 cents worth. Love the sandwiches there. Gets real busy at lunch time understandably.

My wrap weighed a ton, the ingredients are amazing (especially the tomatoes....tasted fresh off the vine)! So many awesome options and flexibility to build it the way you want.
