Ruby’s Family Restaurant Reviews
Breakfast was really good and inexpensive. Hollandaise sauce was outstanding made fresh. Cajun sauce on the Cajun breakfast was also very good. We will be back.
Great little diner, the chicken fajita omelet was great!
We called to see if they could accommodate a group of 12 last minute, adults & children they said yes we'll make it work come on over! We had a great experience, food was awesome...ordered a mix of brunch foods. Loved the variety of menu options. Only thing which is not a big deal normally is it took like 15-20 minutes to order, people who arrived after us kept being helped & we even asked once. Would still return when in area. Overall great experience!

Ruby’s Family Restaurant in Chanhassen is a lovely little place to sit down and eat. The service is great, the food is good, and the restaurant is very clean. It is not a fancy restaurant, but it provides a tasty meal with a huge choice of meals. Breakfast is served all day, and the menu has a great variety of options. Guests have enjoyed a mix of brunch foods, a Handyman burger, a patty melt, the breakfast gnocci, the cinnamon rolls, and the Spicy Beef Jalapeno omelet. The hashbrowns are about double the size you would see at most big box restaurants, and the toast is very thick slices of homemade bread. The staff is very friendly and makes sure guests have everything they need without hovering around. The server also did a great job making sure that staff made food safely for a guest with a very bad food sensitivity. The atmosphere is a hidden gem, with 80’s music. A group of 12 was accommodated last minute, adults and children. The only complaint is that the entrance doesn’t seem to be accessable for someone in a wheelchair.
