“My wife and I stopped into San Pancho Mexican Restaurant in Long Lake during their soft opening and were very impressed. Although the restaurant has been around for several years, it’s now under new ownership as of mid-January by the Luna family, and the difference was immediately clear. The food was outstanding—authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with care and passion. This wasn’t rushed or generic Mexican food; you could truly taste the quality and pride in every bite. The service was just as wonderful, with a sincere and welcoming host and wait staff. The restaurant has also received a beautiful facelift. It’s clean, recently renovated, and filled with bright colors and décor that give it a warm, authentic Mexican feel. We had a great meal and are excited for their official opening. “Phenomenal Michelin-star worthy tapas! We attended with friends based on other good reviews and were blown out of the water with some of the best bites we’ve had in a very long time. We ordered 7 tapas for 4 people and shared. Highly recommend the paella marinera, but every dish we ate was incredible. There was not a bite we didn’t enjoy.

“This is the latest “Mexican option in the Eden Prairie Center Food Court since early fall of 2025. Their burritos and tacos are fresh and tasty. I go there about every few weeks and I am working around on the menu, and have not been disappointed yet.“

As we are making our order in the drive through... ( My nephew is so slow at ordering when he has his own budget) A guy in a " tan, gold, snady color" rear ends us. An it only had been about 3 mins at the mic .... So we pull forward pay. Get our food and park in the lot as you should to avoid any more traffic in the line. We wait until we see the guy turning out of the drive through and take off down the street.

Now it wasnt a bad rear end i have no visible extra damage to my vehicle. And completely spaced about telling my insurance cause there is no damage.

And no its civil police should never be involved if both vehicles are driveable. But the guy should have at least pulled up next to me so we could together assest the damage.

Ill call my company monday do to the fact there is now a fee of some sort on my fully payed policy....

But hey dude in suv you know i had a another human and you were alone so i hope it wasn't you that reported that i hit you some how when I had my foot on brake and i was in drive.

But idk all in all taco bell is taco bell. Asshole drive will away hit and run... ( Is what you did sir cause i had park and waited. That's why i hope this fee charger is not on your accord.)

And tbell 4 stars is more a fast food establishment should ever get.
