“My wife and I stopped into San Pancho Mexican Restaurant in Long Lake during their soft opening and were very impressed. Although the restaurant has been around for several years, it’s now under new ownership as of mid-January by the Luna family, and the difference was immediately clear. The food was outstanding—authentic, flavorful, and clearly made with care and passion. This wasn’t rushed or generic Mexican food; you could truly taste the quality and pride in every bite. The service was just as wonderful, with a sincere and welcoming host and wait staff. The restaurant has also received a beautiful facelift. It’s clean, recently renovated, and filled with bright colors and décor that give it a warm, authentic Mexican feel. We had a great meal and are excited for their official opening. We ordered 7 tapas for 4 people and shared. Highly recommend the paella marinera, but every dish we ate was incredible. There was not a bite we didn’t enjoy.

“This is the latest “Mexican option in the Eden Prairie Center Food Court since early fall of 2025. Their burritos and tacos are fresh and tasty. I go there about every few weeks and I am working around on the menu, and have not been disappointed yet.“

“I order nachos to pick up with the cheese sauce in the side ( I don't like them soggy ) I was told I can't have it on the side, I have requested this in person before and for the most part has been ok, but I don't understand why is this a problem? Sad, I had to cancel my order 😢

Kid-friendliness: We bring our kids here fairly often and they love everything they have tried (usually tacos and guacamole). We’ve sat inside and outside and both felt completely comfortable with kids.“

“I continue to go out of my way to visit this Chipotle location even with two other locations within 5 minutes of me — because this one is consistently an A+ experience every single time. The store is always clean, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the team genuinely seems happy to be there.

I had the chance to speak with Crystal, the GM, along with Juan (and others I didn't get the names of) on the line, and both were incredibly pleasant, professional, and inviting. What really stood out to me was seeing Crystal actively sweeping and helping maintain the restaurant herself — that level of leadership, commitment, and pride says a lot about the culture she’s built there.

I also learned Crystal has been with Chipotle for many years, and it absolutely shows. You can tell she’s passionate about creating an environment that feels cared for like it’s her own home. That kind of dedication is rare these days and deserves recognition.

“One of the best QDOBA's we have ever been too. I was skeptical at first as there were mixed reviews. But I was VERY happy with my order. I ordered a burrito and it was honestly larger than my head. I can't even comprehend how and why they made it so big and stuffed but I am not one to complain. That burrito easily lasted two whole meals and then some. Not sure if I was just lucky but would happily return here.“
