“Just moved to Edina and have a new favorite taco spot. Friendly staff, fun atmosphere, and excellent food for a great price. The Shrimp & Bacon tacos are amazing with a side of guac and fresh tortilla chips perfectly seasoned with salt and a hint of lime. El Camino is a happy bonus to my new neighborhood!“

“I love Taco Libre! They have many gluten free options to choose from. In my opinion way better than Chipotle and Pancheros! For a limited time they are serving chilaquiles and they are fantastic! $11 for a really good sized order!Dietary restrictions: Great gluten free options!“

“We usually visit this place at Club level in the Xcel during Wild games. They have AMAZING tacos. The hot sauce at the end- to die for and you will be dreaming of it days later. We are going to make the trip to Edina to go to their actual brick and mortar. I will say the tacos are very expensive at the Xcel- like $16 or $18 for 2 pork tacos. But we love them so much we still go everytime. Super authentic- love this place❤️“

“Live right up the road but hadn't been until stopping by for happy hour. The space itself is a classy, "business casual" vibe. Not that it stopped me from rolling in wearing jeans and a hoodie. It was pretty quiet and the staff was really friendly. Seems like it's much more of a late-night and lunch spot. The happy hour menu is pretty good with a huge serving of excellent guac and chips. It's the good, chunky kind of guac that lets you know you're eating avocado instead of some avocado-flavored mush. Well seasoned and comes with really good chips that hold up to the weight. They have a bunch of tacos as well and the vegetarian option was really good. Lots of filling, fresh tortilla, and I was stuffed afterwards. Didn't get a drink but they have some good specials on those as well. I'll definitely be back at some point!“
