I did not realize this until after a 20min drive home. I called the store and they immediately knew what happened. offered to comp my next meal. well, today I had the time to go back and I no more than walk in the door and they knew who I was and comped my sandwich. no questions! top notch customer service! “You must use the app to get your order right. Even then double check before driving off. My three last visits they forgot one item. I do large orders, but still they shouldn't miss it. Check your fries too, for the last six months they have only been half full or less. Had to complain a couple times to get them filled properly.“

“The process for new customers was very confusing. I had to wait several minutes for them to remake my sandwich. Register lady tried to help but was a bit embarrassing as 5 customers went ahead of me.
Next time I visited had a much better experience. Spoke with the manager who was kind and listened to my 2 cents worth. Love the sandwiches there. Gets real busy at lunch time understandably.
