“We stop here often and they have the BEST fries of any McDonald’s I’ve been to. Consistently hot, fresh, and crispy. Service is also always great, not sure what the other comments are referencing.. haven’t ever been inside this location but I know it was recently renovated.“

“Walked in and was greeted with smiles and pleasant attitudes. Cynthia the manager is very gracious and very nice. Kade (I think was his first day) and he was awesome!!! Made our sandwiches with pride and a smile. Eli was not part of taking our order but he was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Cynthia sets a great example for her team and it clearly shows. Keep up the great work guys and thanks for the smiles!“

“Fresh food, delicious and lots of options to customize. They also have pre-determined menu items if you aren't picky... I am. Everything was great but I did feel like there was a LOT of cucumber on the bowl - kinda overwhelmed everything else. Good if you get lots of sauces and stuff but I prefer my poke more traditional with the flavors surrounding the fish and individual items.Service was a bit frustrating when I was here. I'd pre-ordered and paid for my bowl but ended up standing at the end of the counter for like 5 minutes while the service person made another person's bowl to order... some companies put the food on a shelf or a fridge for self service, not sure if that works for this concept but there has to be something better. When I was addressed finally, the rep was super nice and cheerful so that's good.Overall impressed and my family really likes this place.“

“More expensive than most places, but fairly decent location, staff seems a bit confused about how to direct customers, though. Didn't receive the food at the window, but got a sticker and a drink. The rest of the orders were taken out to the car after eventually being asked to park on the side of the drive through. Different than most places. Might have to try it again, as the food was very good. Hopefully a little training in customer interactions and direction would help bring new customers back. 3 times had to correct the ordering window about incorrectly placing pronouns. Just don't use them if it's too difficult to use them correctly. Then they snuck in another purposefully incorrect pronoun at the end. Customer service is not their forte, but at least the food was cooked correctly. Definitely workable with the right directives from management. I could try them again in a few months.Dietary restrictions: Dietary restrictions were handled with care and followed the order as displayed at the drive through ordering speaker.“

“Anna was amazing was never thinking of getting the app but she did such a great job with her service everyday i stopped by and explained to me that I could be getting free things. Long story short i have the app and love the food thanks to Anna!“

“Used mobile app to order and went thru mobile only lane. Compared to before much faster. No complaints, but I'm not surprised some folks don't like new layouts since they give priority to mobile orders. Order on the app, and you are golden. Live in the past, and you will wait a little longer for your food.“

“Our first time stopping at this location as we passed through while traveling. James from the second we walked in was an absolute class act! Customer service was phenomenal and recommendations were even better. We came in a little unsure of what we wanted and James gave us some excellent recommendations. The Bulldog and Shih Tzu did not disappoint! Huge dogs, loaded with toppings and the bread was delicious! Thank you James and Dog Park we will be back!“

“Drive-thru moves fast even at peak hours. Super friendly staff, flawless accuracy, delicious food with some options for healthy if you can avoid the best battered onion rings in MN. Upbeat crew. For diabetics, the sugar-free root beer is wonderful. Ate in my car, it has great ambiance!Vegetarian options: Not for vegans but there are cheese and fish offerings (sadly no fish or shrimp are grilled, batter-fried only) salads, fruit, frozen custard.“

“Man, I just love me some juicy Chick-fil-A chicken. You go to the restaurant and all the people are super awesome and nice, and you order your chicken sandwich and it's always just perfect. The only thing that would make it even better would be if Chick-fil-A sold Christmas sweaters, you know like with one of them cows on it ? nevertheless 10/10 I'll be back“

“I chose to dine in, but the did was still served in a takeout container. I wish I had a bowl or plate to eat off of.Also, please add eggs to the menu. I put a scrambled or fried egg in every stir fry I make and would love to be able add that as an option.Finally, the kiosk ordering is really nice, but all the options for each step should be on one screen. Clicking through the veggie options, I couldn't even remember what I picked.4/5. Make these three changes and I'd be back weekly!“

“Had the #9 giant mikes way. Ordered it with banana peppers, pickles, extra mayo, and relish. The sandwich crafters at this location are artists. I deviated from my usual hot sub under the recommendation of a friend and I was not disappointed by the delivery of this sandwich. Great foodGreat service“

“Well, Cassie was a great food service worker. She apologized profusely about the ugliness of my concrete mini and was surprised that she could make something so ugly but promised that it tasted better than it looked. She was funny and attentive and asked if there was anything else that I needed.My 8 piece tenders with fries and a mixer were tasty. When did meals get so expensive though? Frfr, why is a Culver's meal $21? The world will never know. It was busy, but fine and the restaurant was clean. I only went because my friend wanted to go, and I thought that it would be super cheap.Parking: There was a bit of parking left.Kid-friendliness: Bring your kids here because even the pickiest eater can find something to nosh on. The tables are large.“

“Jersey Mikes Chanhassen is on another level when compared to any other sandwich store. It feels like everyone working there is a part owner and they are all involved with every customer, look you in your eyes, smile, and have a quick conversation with you. The guy slicing the fresh deli meat was extremely kind.“

I was in the drive throgh with my sister janece and we order the Chicken sandwich the 2 for 7 large curly fry’s and a shake i think was jamaica. the jamaica flavor was coffee and delicious if you are wondering…curly fry’s never disapoint. “Wow, it never ceases to amaze me how great it is to visit and eat here. Great food, immaculately clean, and the hostess came to our table multiple times, refilled our drinks, brought us napkins, and was awesome. I felt as if i was a movie star visiting.“

The chili dogs are messy and delicious.Parking: There is a free parking lot and a ample parking.... Usually. It can get competitive at peak hours so be prepared for that.“

“Yesterday was our first experience eating at any Chick-fil-a. We stopped at the Plymouth location as we had an appointment nearby. Great experience! Clean restaurant, good food and great service. Alex took our order and was very patient and informative, when we told him this was our first time eating here and needed some info on the choices. “I swear, this Arby's (Maple Grove) has the BEST customer service! I hadn't been to Arby's in years and the gentleman at the drive-through window was so nice. I went through it again today, with the same gentleman working the window, and he was just so wonderful. Great service, food was fresh, I will definitely be back.“

“The food was good and seemed fresh. Small amount of sauces all on one spot all on the bottom side, same side as cheese. The top was dry and made for a very dry burger... most of the way through. Ordering was quick and delivered pretty quickly. Ice cream was great.“

“Compared to other fast food places, this place is good. Compared to other Culver's, it's just ok. Fries and curds tasted like they had been sitting on a warmer for a while, concrete mixer wasn't really mixed, but the burger was good.“

“The sliders used to be sooooo good, but I was disappointed on my last visit. The Buffalo chicken slider used to be spicy and really saucy. This time, it had almost no sauce and almost no flavor. They also started wrapping them instead of putting them in a box which just makes you lose even more sauce.My boyfriend liked the roast beef though, which I suppose is the more important menu item.The service was fast and friendly, but they didn’t fully fill our fry boxes.“

“I'm a frequent visitor to this restaurant and want to highlight a recent exceptional experience. The staff here has always been great, but this time they truly exceeded expectations. I faced a payment issue as my phone's tap-to-pay feature wasn't working, and I had no physical card or cash, only a card number to input manually. Unfortunately, the updated POS system seemed to lack this option. Instead of turning me away, the assistant manager, Elmo, went out of his way to find a solution, ultimately comping my meal after exhaustive efforts to process the payment. This gesture, along with the patience and problem-solving displayed by Elmo and his team, made me feel like part of the family. I'm so grateful for their service and believe they deserve recognition, perhaps with a company pizza party, as a token of appreciation for their outstanding work.“

“This was our 1st time at five guys. This place was very neat and clean, the staff were very kind and polite. The manager even came to speak with me. The food was omg incredible. Their shake was delicious, we felt in love with the bacon cheese hot dog. And we also enjoy the BLT and the grilled cheese with the 2 extra patties. Before we left we check the bathroom and was very clean smelled like fabuloso..so fresh I loved this place and will return for sure“

“Stopped in and inquired with Heather about making subs for the Minnetonka U19 girls hockey team's bus trip to Madison. She recommended a variety of 45, 4", individually wrapped subs in a cooler on ice. The sandwiches were perfect for a group event. The kids and adults loved them! 5 stars to Heather and her team.“

The staff was friendly, when I realized that I forgot to order the fries with the cajun seasoning he said it was no problem and my fries were perfect.“

“Thanks for changing your hours to 9-9. Last time I was here last year you guys were only open from 11-9 (delivery 9-9) which I thought was unfair and swore to never come back but now that I have come back today 10-27-23 10:09am and see the hours have changed back to 9 to 9 because I called, I will return once more. I just hope the hours won’t change again. Delivery drivers can come at 9 AM but customers couldn’t until 11 which made no sense. So whoever changed the hours back to 9 to 9 for everyone, thank you“

“I have been ordering Jimmy John sandwiches from the Maple Grove Minnesota location. I have so many wonderful things that I could share with this location and how much I love their tiny little size sandwiches. They sometimes call me if they are out of sweet tea, or calling to say that their store was closed for the rest of the day. They are always polite to me. The drivers are awesome and delivery is never late. They ring the bell and always wearing a smile while telling me to enjoy my dinner. I feel like they are part of my family. Keep up the good work!!!!“
