The Eden Prairie Cafe Zupas’ cup of mushroom bisque soup and their turkey, bacon, avocado sandwich on multigrain bread really hit the spot today for lunch! Zupas serves their 10 varieties of soup by the cup or by the bowl. Their soup is served with a delicious dinner roll and their meal is served with a milk chocolate covered strawberry. Food is good. Strawberry was dry and warm. It looked awful. Staff are not great. The held conversations in Spanish while helping me. The dropped a togo bowl on the floor and instead of throwing it away, they put it back in the pile. The phone rang over and over and staff sat there and played on their cell phones. Seems they don't care about their jobs here. They don't communicate with one another on orders placed. Looks like bad management here.
