This morning I went into the Starbucks 930 Eden Prairie Cntr Drive in EP.... the line for the drive up was ridiculous so I went inside. All of the baristas seemed genuinely happy to be there and enjoyed talking to their customers. I was asked a few times how my friday was going and what my fun wknd plans may consist of... Will take about 10-15mins maybe a little longer for you to get your order. Service here is slow compared to the other locations. I go here on a regular basis so I already know it’s slow. I’ll use the app to order before I leave then I get here and I have to wait as if I just ordered it.
I usually love this Starbucks and get great service, but the coffee has been just awful lately. Terrible espresso and no sweetener in multiple drinks. I've returned many drinks now and had to eat the cost of others because I was on my way elsewhere. Not sure if it's summer staff or a difference in how they clean the espresso machines. Hope they improve ASAP.
