Food quality was fine, just as founders designed it to be. New ordering system - explained nowhere - using an on-wall screen was clumsy and inefficient to operate. We don't consider fast-food establishments to have any atmosphere; it was clean. Location at a mall was difficult to find & get too.
although i do know they do prioritize drive thru customers which can be frustrating when you are in-person, the drive thru service is fast and amazing. The employee Jay made our experience so much better too. her energy and smile was amazing, one of the best employees i’ve seen yet at EP.
