“Been a long time jersey mikes customer but this was the first time I went to this location. I was very impressed! Everyone was so friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy customer service. It was so nice to see. I don’t live in the area, but if I can make an excuse to get a sandwich here I will in the future.“

Thought we would give them another try tonight and they were closed. Will not make this mistake again, will get our Arby's from the Minnetonka location from now on.“

What really stood out to me was seeing Crystal actively sweeping and helping maintain the restaurant herself — that level of leadership, commitment, and pride says a lot about the culture she’s built there.

I also learned Crystal has been with Chipotle for many years, and it absolutely shows. You can tell she’s passionate about creating an environment that feels cared for like it’s her own home. That kind of dedication is rare these days and deserves recognition.
