Not sure who I talked to at this location but a lovely man informed me it wasn't any problem to refund my order as soon as it hit their 'build-me' status. “They sell tacos but I've yet to meet a John. I straight up just love Taco John's. I eat there whenever I can. The workers are very timely, a 3-4 minutes at most for wait time in my experience.. but it's always been very quick. Friendly service.“

“I eat here all the time. It’s really good, but I have notes. The wheat wraps Don’t taste very good.
How come they never cut the sandwich all the way through when they cut it in half? Why is there always a piece of bread attached with two sides where you have to rip it apart and ruin the sandwich?
Also, why can’t you put equal toppings on both sides? There’s always one side that has way more meat, in the other side way more vegetables..“

“The pizza is usually pretty good but occasionally there will be more crust than pizza. I always ask for square cut pizza and it never is anymore (it was in July 2024 but since about August 2024, my pizzas never have square cut even though it's selected every order). Once in a while they throw in a pepper that's the size of a dime or smaller that isn't edible which sucks if you like the pepper. The brownies are always divine though, and delivery is usually fast and the drivers are usually friendly.“

“After eating Burger King since I was a kid 40 years ago, tonight I had probably the best sandwich I've had from any fast-food place. It was super fresh, put together well, and tasted fantastic. Nice job team at the Shakopee Burger King.“

“Me and my girlfriend ordered orange chicken with half chaomein, half fried rice, some stir fried shredded cabbages, and 2 vegetable egg rolls. Everything tasted good except there were a few shredded cabbages that tasted bitter and the egg rolls kind of taste like potato soup and gravy.“

“We ordered Pizza from here for the first time in a while. We have felt like the quality of the Pizza had really gone down and they always got our order wrong. Today when we ordered, they mixed up our pizzas. My kids really wanted stuffed crust and they put that on The adult Pizza. When I called, they sent a new one right away. This is the best customer service that I’ve had at this location in a very long time so I wanna thank them for everything they did and for getting us our new pizza and it is the best quality pizza we’ve had from there in years. Everyone was very sweet.“

“Overall I’m a JJ fan, but I felt compelled to share my experience here because it went above and beyond. I had ordered for delivery and JJ used a third party delivery (totally fine and normal), but then I got a call that the driver had marked the food delivered but never grabbed the food. They weren’t able to cancel since it was through a different system. They asked if I would be willing to pick it up and I said yes. Truly no problem, understand this happens and I was only 7 minutes away, but I didn’t know at the time that they were willing to bring it to me if I couldn’t come get it (very kind!!) Anyway, in the meantime the driver (uber delivery, not a JJ driver) texted my number that he wasn’t grabbing the food because I didn’t leave a “good enough” tip (I left 15%). After some back and forth, I told him to leave me alone and he was saying he was going to note go get my order and bring it to me. I didn’t feel comfortable with him coming to my home and I was already at JJ. While I was in there, he came in and the JJ worker (dreads and glasses, very nice guy!) asked him to leave and he could tell I felt uncomfortable leaving on my own. He walked me to my car and made sure I was safe before going back in to the store. It was really kind and made me feel a lot more safe in our community knowing there were people out there looking out for others!! Thank you so much, I appreciate it!!“

“We had such a great experience last night at the valleyfair subway... these lady's made my night...the hours had just changed for the end of summer and I sure didn't realize and had walked in 5 mins before they closed ... not only were they willing to still make us food they also had the the most accommodating demeanors... the place was so well maintained and clean that they whipped up our 3 sandwiches in no time... really topped off our day of being at valleyfair .... these ladies were amazing!!!!
