“Genuinely the BEST location that has ever prepared my chicken strip basket.

I get the "sauced and tossed" strips pretty frequently from other places, and they usually just throw them in the box which gets all over the fries and toast, with ketchup packets thrown in instead of in a condiment cup, and the silverware has to be remembered on my own, etc...

But here, I was actually so shocked to see my strips protected with parchment paper that separated the saucey food from the toast, there was a fork placed INSIDE the box for me, the onion rings were seriously the most delicious ones I've ever had, the toast wasn't over-buttered, and they placed the box in a bag instead of sending me away with nothing to carry it in. And it was cheaper here than my usual location by more than 20%!

I can not hype this basket up anymore than I already have. Wonderful food and service.“

“After eating Burger King since I was a kid 40 years ago, tonight I had probably the best sandwich I've had from any fast-food place. It was super fresh, put together well, and tasted fantastic. Nice job team at the Shakopee Burger King.“

“I had placed a catering order and there was some miscommunication with the catering office. When I got to the store the order wasn't ready. It looked like I wasn't going to be able to get my food at all. The shift manager Elijah saved the day but checking to see if he could put the order together with what they had on hand. He quickly got it handled and was out of there in ten minutes. Camaren who was also working at the time offered me something to drink while I waited. The mistake was not on their end but they made it happen with a smile. I really appreciate these guys.“

“Jersey Mikes is my favorite sub shop, so when we were on a business trip passing through Shakopee - why not stop for dinner. This restaurant did not disappoint - good food, great service, and friendly staff. I tried the roast beef sub for the first time on this visit and it was very delicious. I have not had a disappointing sandwich at any Jersey Mikes.“

“I had a saucy experience. We were going to go through the drive thru, but something told us to dine in instead. I'm glad I did because my buffalo chicken sandwich was so saucy, the chicken was slipping out of the bun. I was a mess, but it tasted great. They have self-serve pop machines that were clean and maintained. Cute dining area that was also clean. Friendly employees.“

“I was actually quite impressed with the guy working the drive thru window the other night! While i never need a reason to visit your location, i came for a special reason that night. My daughter wanted a Chicken Quesadilla but it was not gonna happen since the grill was already closed down by 9pm. Seems that grill is a pain to work with and it's a bit of an unwelcome addition to your kitchen! But the guys working there did their very best to make up for the problem! I ordered a couple chicken soft tacos with cheese only as a hopeful substitute. When i got home, not knowing what was in the bag, my daughter and i were pleasantly surprised. The guys did their best to make a quesadilla without the grill. They included a note as well. Impressive. And my daughter was pleased with what she got. Keep up the good work there and i'll be back. Give the guy working the window on 4 February a raise. He stepped up. Again, i was impressed and i'll be sure to get there a bit earlier before the grill closes next time!“

(she literally said) HER NEW FAVORITE….I had ordered a pizza last week. & the new guy accidentally screwed the order up! Nothing major, just not the crust I wanted. Simple Miss communication.
