After eating Burger King since I was a kid 40 years ago, tonight I had probably the best sandwich I've had from any fast-food place. It was super fresh, put together well, and tasted fantastic. Nice job team at the Shakopee Burger King.
Very efficient for a fast food place. Good coupons, too.

Burger King has improved over the past year. The employees are generally okay and the food tastes good. Some orders get mixed up occasionally, but that's normal for fast food. Staff at this location is kind and accommodating, ensuring orders are correct. They are friendly and provide high-quality food with rare mistakes. Recently, customers have noted the drive-thru service, with one describing a pleasant and polite gentleman who provided awesome service. Despite a wait for food, the staff apologized and even offered extra food and a comped meal. The restaurant is open very late and features a Coke Freestyle Machine and Slushees, allowing for creative drink combinations. After the dinner rush, the location was noted for its cleanliness, friendly service, and fresh food that tasted like it was cooked recently. Despite some odd behavior from employees, Burger King remains a favorite with room for improvement.
