Although my order was correct it arrived over an hour past the stated delivery time. The driver spent nearly an hour in Chaska, which he had no business being in Chaska as it is out of the way ingoing from Shakopee to Jordan. And then he took back roads from there to here which added another 10-15 min. My food arrived cold, with congealed cheese. The wait for my pickup order was extended cause they got hit with a big order before mine.The manager seemed to know what she was doing but her team not so much. I felt bad for her cause she had to have her hand in everything or it might not have got done. She was very friendly and knew what she was doing.They do have dine in but the place doesn’t feel like it used to. It feels like a huge empty room. How are you going to offer curbside pick up but not follow through? Instead you sat down in a booth and stared at me through the window until we went inside. Then we were met with the "oh sorry I didn't see you there." Woman, my headlights were shining right into the window of the booth you sat down in when I pulled up. Do better.
