QDOBA Mexican Eats offers a friendly and courteous staff, especially the younger employees, who provide warm service even during busy times. The restaurant is clean, well-organized, and has a nice, casual atmosphere. Many customers have praised the food as phenomenal, highlighting its freshness and flavor. One reviewer enjoyed a burrito bowl with grilled adobo chicken, brown rice, fajita veggies, and all the toppings, noting the generous portion size and quality.
However, some customers have mentioned issues with portion sizes decreasing while prices are increasing. Additionally, there have been comments about the restaurant being short-staffed during peak hours, which can impact service speed. Despite these concerns, QDOBA continues to be a popular choice for quick, satisfying, and healthy meals, with many customers recommending it for its delicious food and welcoming experience.
