“Walked in on a busy Saturday evening to order nothing but a personal pan pizza for my child, and was told it would be a 30 min wait. So we sat and waited for the pizza. Despite the busy dinner rush of deliveries, online orders, walk in orders, a technical issue with their computer system, and two of the team members leaving for a brief period to jump one of the delivery driver's car (it was only 18°F outside), they still managed to be kind, courteous, and get our pizza to us in only 12 minutes - from walking in and ordering, to leaving with a fresh, hot pizza. I very much appreciated the customer service of the staff that evening.“

“The food is number one reason why I goto panda garden. It will cost you around a 20 dollar bill. However for 20 bucks you will get a huge selection of food to choose from that is fresh and hot or cold and crisp! Depending on if you visit the salad bar. Price also includes all you can drink, sodas , milk , or cold tea may have more such as coffee I'm not sure. But like I said the food is the reason why I go there time after time!“

“They have improved 1000% at this subway. Used to be long wait poor service by young folks who could care less. Now has changed. 1st when you order thru drive thru its on a touch screen so it goes faster. It was east to use. And helped line moved faster as when you got to window all you had to do was pay. Slick! Service was fast and personable and thr sandwiches were correct and well made.“

Just no. Worst drive thru experience ever. Watched the drive thru kid flirt with the girls in the car in front of us for 15 minutes...until the car behind me started honking. 3 people came to the window and asked what our order was. Then waited another 15 minutes for our food. 7 kids working and none of them looked like they had a brain or maybe they were totally stoned. Awful customer service, I told the supervisor kid how bad it sucked and he said, so what. Go to any other Dairy Queen. This place sucks.“

“Chicken fingers are good. Probably one of the best I've had. Don't get the hype about the sauce but I'm not really a sauce lover to begin with. Crinkle fries are good. Toast is delish! Better than I expected but man that drive through line is always so long. I recommend going in to sit down and eat-not much of a wait.“

“Eau Claire staff super well trained to handle celiac level gf precautions. All gloves changed without having to ask, all clean utensils and containers. Will definitely be back often!“

“Update: since my review last year, they've actually gotten much better and back to normal. The burgers once again are juicy and delicious. I'm thinking they just had a really bad cook for awhile who thought burgers should be smashed until they had no juice or flavor left in them. Thanks for getting rid of the bad cook!“

“Usually I just enjoy your food and it is always excellent and well priced. However, the last visit we didn't receive any sauce nor did my friend receive her sweet-and-sour sauce.And one of my waffle fries was burnt to a crisp. I know this is not the normal procedure for your restaurant because I have been very happy in the past and I won't avoid going to your restaurant because of one bad experience.
The taste of your food is way too good to pass.“
