“They have improved 1000% at this subway. Used to be long wait poor service by young folks who could care less. Now has changed. 1st when you order thru drive thru its on a touch screen so it goes faster. It was east to use. And helped line moved faster as when you got to window all you had to do was pay. Slick! Service was fast and personable and thr sandwiches were correct and well made.“
“They really need to adjust the carbonation level on their soda fountain. A large cup filled to the top with Mello yello renders a half inch of liquid in the bottom of the cup when the foam dies down. It takes 5 iterations of filling the cup, wait for the foam to go down and repeat to fill a large cup with beverage.Otherwise, the visit is ideal.Wheelchair accessibility: Good wheel chair accessibility for parking, doorways and seating.“
“I like this place and it's the good Ol fashion Dairy Queen. I always have a good experience with staff and quality of food. I wish people wouldn't be so critical and say hurtful things about this place. It's hard enough for business owners. I must say I'm very excited they brought back Snickers Blizzards. “Fresh food, delicious and lots of options to customize. They also have pre-determined menu items if you aren't picky... I am. Everything was great but I did feel like there was a LOT of cucumber on the bowl - kinda overwhelmed everything else. Good if you get lots of sauces and stuff but I prefer my poke more traditional with the flavors surrounding the fish and individual items.Service was a bit frustrating when I was here. I'd pre-ordered and paid for my bowl but ended up standing at the end of the counter for like 5 minutes while the service person made another person's bowl to order... some companies put the food on a shelf or a fridge for self service, not sure if that works for this concept but there has to be something better. When I was addressed finally, the rep was super nice and cheerful so that's good.Overall impressed and my family really likes this place.“

“Been here several time's, always great food and service, however it was a bit strange after asking for a refill on my lemonade I was told "I have to pay for that" well I was standing in front of the register while the manager and he were discussing closing procedures... first I've been alive since the 8 track and yes common sense I have to pay for that. Thank you to the Manger who just said let him have it. Jesus Christ the trainee on duty could have just rang the transaction through the cash register.Please do not alienate your customers! “Very very pleased with this location. Place is very clean and comfortable, bathrooms were spotless when I visited. The young people working are in very tidy and clean uniforms with a polished, positive customer service attitude sending outstanding service for every order. This is freezing cold Minnesota and they still come out to the car with a smile! Clearly the management is engaged and good at their job. I'll continue to visit frequently“
“The food is good ??It is along the lines of chipoltle food & the price is like the same amount.They offer ? burritos and bowl's.I used to like the burritos they would mix the ingredients on the shell with a spatula before rolling the burritos up and i like that but this last time I ordered a bowl, the guys making the food were fast and did not give any attitude or faces like a lot of fast food places.The ? parking was so/ so , if you dont mind walking a little bit it is in a larger parking lot with various establishments and there should be always something open within 50 feet.Meat options there was chicken, steak, pork, tofuasada.The salsa options were plentiful and aside from that they put salsa in a shaker there, it is volcano ? salsa at the table.I feel this brand is less known than its counterparts chipoltle or qedoba or others maybe if they had a specialty item that others did not offer in addition on there menu or something they could drive in more customers; I recommend offering Huaraches on the menu made with masa or corn tortillas the restaurant already serves everything else that goes on top! It is like a sopes but more authentic and would be a good addition to this store.Vegetarian options: Tufu-asada.“

“Walked in on a busy Saturday evening to order nothing but a personal pan pizza for my child, and was told it would be a 30 min wait. So we sat and waited for the pizza. Despite the busy dinner rush of deliveries, online orders, walk in orders, a technical issue with their computer system, and two of the team members leaving for a brief period to jump one of the delivery driver's car (it was only 18°F outside), they still managed to be kind, courteous, and get our pizza to us in only 12 minutes - from walking in and ordering, to leaving with a fresh, hot pizza. I very much appreciated the customer service of the staff that evening.“
