I ordered a specially decorated cake for a 7 year old bday party. She chose the decorating herself and was very excited. I prepaid for this ice cream cake. Two days later when I came to pick it up it wasn't there. I guess they didn't make it. They called the manager but I just had to make do with a generic cake. The wait in this location is unbelievable. I had to wait over 30 minutes to order the meal and another 5 minutes for it to be made. Even after the long wait they still didn’t give me a drink for the Combo meal. The store seem to have enough workers but they don’t seem concerned about they long wait for customers. They need a better management their work flow.

Paid $17 for a 4 piece chicken strip basket that took 10 min to get and a blizzard, there was only 3 pieces inside, no toast, and they forgot the extra sauce I paid for. Actually pretty mind blowing. Won't be back ever.
