Very bad service. Extremely long wait to order ice cream and ever longer wait to receive the ice cream order. Many frustrated customers besides me. I will not return to this location.

Paid $17 for a 4 piece chicken strip basket that took 10 min to get and a blizzard, there was only 3 pieces inside, no toast, and they forgot the extra sauce I paid for. Actually pretty mind blowing. Won't be back ever.

I ordered a specially decorated cake for a 7 year old bday party. She chose the decorating herself and was very excited. I prepaid for this ice cream cake. Two days later when I came to pick it up it wasn't there. I guess they didn't make it. They called the manager but I just had to make do with a generic cake. No apology from the manager or anything else. The only good thing was the counter staff who were nice. That didn't salvage the DQ manager response to this issue which was a lesson in how NOT to resolve a customer issue that is the fault of the business.

Floors and sidewalk need a degreasing wash. Always used to be great or just bad day?

The wait in this location is unbelievable. I had to wait over 30 minutes to order the meal and another 5 minutes for it to be made. Even after the long wait they still didn’t give me a drink for the Combo meal. The store seem to have enough workers but they don’t seem concerned about they long wait for customers. They need a better management their work flow.

Honestly, I am disappointed every time I visit this location. I naively gave them a chance when ordering an ice cream cake for a birthday -- my husband had to wait over 35 minutes before they found it-- making him late to the party. The average wait I have experienced the last few times I have gone through the drive-thru, with only one car in front of me, was 15 to 20 minutes. They often get my order wrong, causing me further disappointment. Today, I ordered a mini brownie chocolate supreme. I should have checked to make sure it was made correctly, but I felt bad for all the cars waiting behind me, so I drove off. The blizzard had no brownie pieces and only chunks of chipped chocolate. Please avoid this location and save yourself time, money, and disappointment.

This last week my boss sent me there to grab us lunch. Gave me a $50 and asked for a receipt. Went to drive through. (I’m a regular, live a few blocks away) Ordered, $21. Tried to hand cashier the $50 and she wouldn’t even touch it. “Sorry, we don’t accept large bills, we have been burned too many times.” I explained politely that was literally the only form of payment I had on my person. Food almost done being made. She told the crew to stop making the order. No Dairy Queen for me that day. (Will not be back ever again.) Went to McDonalds instead and had a great lunch!

I called to have a cake paid, ready and written on for tomorrow and Andrew made it happen. Thank you DQ!

We’ve tried to patronize this location several times this summer, each time has left us shaking our heads and wondering how this place stays open. Tonight was the deal breaker, we sat in the line for 15 minutes and not one car moved in the drive thru line. So we drove around to go inside, you couldn’t even get inside the lobby. We left and watched 6 other cars/people turn around and leave too. This location is one big disappointment.
