On June 10th, my daughter and her best friend placed a catering order for 65 people with the manager at the Hennepin Town Road location on for pickup on Saturday. This was for their graduation party. When I arrived on June 13th, 30 minutes before the party, no one at the store knew about the order, and the manager was unreachable and not in store. Chipotle is Chipotle. Anyone who hasn't been to one should go, as their food is better than decent.
THIS Chipotle could receive an eager 5 stars but they skimp on servings here. Otherwise fine
There is usually a line of people waiting to order food but it moves fast. Ordering online works well as they have a dedicated place for pickup.

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Eden Prairie offers massive food proportions and amazing quality, with friendly staff. Customers highly recommend this location for consistently good food. The dining room area is considered one of the better ones for eating in. The service is great, and the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate requests. Food is fresh, and portions are generous, with bowls well-prepared. The service is quick and the staff is friendly. However, the line can be a bit long during peak hours, and sometimes the rice can be a bit undercooked.
