Good example of the franchise.
The food good as usual. Service was average. But the place was a bit dirty and it wasn't lunch or dinner rush. As I was waiting for my online order I couldn't help but notice the floor looked messy, like it had not been swept or mopped in a while. It stood out.

However, the line can be a bit long during peak hours, and sometimes the rice can be a bit undercooked.
