Efficient, cleanliness and direct. I haven't had white castle in years. Was the perfect experience mixed with nostalgia.
I will start by saying, I am one of those people that loves White Castle and I have been to this one before. Things have changed here. The service is slow and has been the last few times I have visited. They no longer have condiments out. You have to ask the counter staff for your condiments. Back to the slow part, first you have to get their attention to get the condiments.
