She recommended a variety of 45, 4", individually wrapped subs in a cooler on ice. The sandwiches were perfect for a group event. The kids and adults loved them! 5 stars to Heather and her team.“

“Have lived in this area a long while and occasionally use the McD's drive through. I usually avoid peak busy lunch times. 1 out of 4 visits it takes way too long to get my simple order. Employees are always friendly, and food is always well prepared. Wish I could give 5 stars but those random 10-15 min waits are frustrating.“

“I drive from Minneapolis to Shakopee when I crave Culvers. Their food tastes better.It's always packe when we go. I've been to Brooklyn Park and others and have gotten the same thing...still Shakopee take the win.My favorite is the 10 piece shrimp basket. My boyfriend gets the Butter Burger with bacon.“

“I love the food here, but this is the second time in a row my order has been messed up! Last time my salad was completely wrong, but I noticed before I left the store luckily and had it remade. This time my salad was perfect, but i asked for no bread and instead they gave me bread but no chocolate covered strawberry! I didn’t notice until I had already left and I didn’t have the time to go back and get it fixed unfortunately.“

No complaints, but I'm not surprised some folks don't like new layouts since they give priority to mobile orders. Order on the app, and you are golden. Live in the past, and you will wait a little longer for your food.“

“I came into the restaurant with my 2 children during busy lunch hour. We had a friendly staff experience and the quickest service I've ever gotten at Culver's. I think we got our food in less than a minute and a half. I was floored. They were so kind and friendly it spread to the patrons in the restaurant with me. Very good community feeling store. Love this location. Their A-team was on staff and I loved it. Food was delicious as always. A cone, a sundae, and a Culver's basket meal“

“Our first time stopping at this location as we passed through while traveling. James from the second we walked in was an absolute class act! Customer service was phenomenal and recommendations were even better. We came in a little unsure of what we wanted and James gave us some excellent recommendations. The Bulldog and Shih Tzu did not disappoint! Huge dogs, loaded with toppings and the bread was delicious! Thank you James and Dog Park we will be back!“

“The manager was extremely helpful. We wanted to order a catering bag of chips late at night (6:30p) and was informed they were running low but willing to make more up for our order. When we arrived, the bag of chips was there waiting for us, fresh, and still warm. Highly recommend this place and the staff!Thank you for the awesome service and willingness to help us. “The cashier that helped me was very polite and he was very patient. It was my first time coming and ordering food at their walk up in the food court at the Eden Prairie mall, which I really appreciate that he had patients, sometimes when you've never been somewhere, and you don't know the menu. You are gonna ask some questions. And I have to say that the tacos were very good. I was thinking they were corn tacos. But surprisingly I enjoyed the flour tacos. I will return. Too bad I don't live in Eden Prairie I live in Brooklyn Park but because I'm an Uber driver. I ended up at the mall dropping off someone that works in the food court. “Well, Cassie was a great food service worker. She apologized profusely about the ugliness of my concrete mini and was surprised that she could make something so ugly but promised that it tasted better than it looked. She was funny and attentive and asked if there was anything else that I needed.My 8 piece tenders with fries and a mixer were tasty. When did meals get so expensive though? Frfr, why is a Culver's meal $21? The world will never know. It was busy, but fine and the restaurant was clean. I only went because my friend wanted to go, and I thought that it would be super cheap.Parking: There was a bit of parking left.Kid-friendliness: Bring your kids here because even the pickiest eater can find something to nosh on. The tables are large.“

“Never an issue with this location, although like others I do wish I could add mods to my DoorDash order (malt vinegar for my fries please!). Easy enough with takeout, at least. Good burgers. “Jersey Mikes Chanhassen is on another level when compared to any other sandwich store. It feels like everyone working there is a part owner and they are all involved with every customer, look you in your eyes, smile, and have a quick conversation with you. The guy slicing the fresh deli meat was extremely kind.“

“Yesterday was our first experience eating at any Chick-fil-a. We stopped at the Plymouth location as we had an appointment nearby. Great experience! Clean restaurant, good food and great service. Alex took our order and was very patient and informative, when we told him this was our first time eating here and needed some info on the choices. I wish more fast food places had employees that were as well trained and helpful as Alex was. We will certainly return sometime when we are in the area again.“

“Compared to other fast food places, this place is good. Compared to other Culver's, it's just ok. Fries and curds tasted like they had been sitting on a warmer for a while, concrete mixer wasn't really mixed, but the burger was good.“

I faced a payment issue as my phone's tap-to-pay feature wasn't working, and I had no physical card or cash, only a card number to input manually. Unfortunately, the updated POS system seemed to lack this option. Instead of turning me away, the assistant manager, Elmo, went out of his way to find a solution, ultimately comping my meal after exhaustive efforts to process the payment. This gesture, along with the patience and problem-solving displayed by Elmo and his team, made me feel like part of the family. Last time I was here last year you guys were only open from 11-9 (delivery 9-9) which I thought was unfair and swore to never come back but now that I have come back today 10-27-23 10:09am and see the hours have changed back to 9 to 9 because I called, I will return once more. I just hope the hours won’t change again. Delivery drivers can come at 9 AM but customers couldn’t until 11 which made no sense. So whoever changed the hours back to 9 to 9 for everyone, thank you“

The staff was friendly, when I realized that I forgot to order the fries with the cajun seasoning he said it was no problem and my fries were perfect.“

“I'd never been here before, and one of their employees recommended a turkey club. It was seriously SO good. I'm so impressed. You could literally taste the smokey flavor in the turkey, and the sandwich overall was seriously delicious. I also had a strawberry smoothie that was way better than the usual ice and flavor combination you get at many other places. I will definitely be ordering here more. “I have known the store manager Danielle for over 15 years and she is a top-notch lady. She has grown her way up the ladder. She is always in a positive mood even when she has to work by herself. She makes her job look really easy, always makes me feel welcome, and never gets impatient when I'm indecisive. “This will probably sound ridiculous but. I’m pregnant and all I can eat are Jimmy John’s sandwiches. I’ve been to every location within 15 miles in the last month and this one is top notch. My sandwich this evening had the perfect amount of mayo and lettuce (not too much just to fill the sandwich and spread out nicely not in a clump in the middle). Sounds silly, it’s just a sandwich - I know. But this sandwich was exceptional!“
