“Every year the girls get a pup cup for their birthday. Usually we go to that other ice cream place, but I like Culver's custard and figured I'd stop in quick and inquire for her birthday on Monday. The very sweet employee thought I was asking for one instead of just inquiring if they do that at this location and came back with one for the girls. They were spoiled a little early and we will definitely be back on their birthday and other days for service like this. Thank you so much for making mine and the girls day🍨💜“

“Over the past three months, I've placed two catering orders with this Chick-fil-A location, both delivered at 6:30 a.m. for events in Edina. I was honestly surprised that other Chick-fil-A locations weren't willing to deliver a $300 catering order that early, but the Plymouth team stepped up without hesitation.
Because of their outstanding service, they've earned my loyalty for all of our future catering needs.
Both orders arrived on time (including this morning's), the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the food was excellent as always. The team went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, which gave me one less thing to worry about while hosting an event.
And, of course, the food tastes like it was made by Jesus himself 😉—always fresh, delicious, and a crowd favorite!
If you're looking for reliable catering, especially for early-morning events, I highly recommend Chick-fil-A. They consistently deliver exceptional service and have earned a customer for life.“

“great sandwiched and even better service! I was in to the Chan location. a bit ago and there was a mix up in Sammie between myself and another customer. I did not realize this until after a 20min drive home. I called the store and they immediately knew what happened. offered to comp my next meal. well, today I had the time to go back and I no more than walk in the door and they knew who I was and comped my sandwich. no questions! top notch customer service! “you cant go wrong with ARBY I love the harsie sauce be sure to get some. I was in the drive throgh with my sister janece and we order the Chicken sandwich the 2 for 7 large curly fry’s and a shake i think was jamaica. the jamaica flavor was coffee and delicious if you are wondering…curly fry’s never disapoint. ANd janece had a dalter pepper,, her Favorite! wish they had a peycan chicken sandwich left… when we got to the drive thow the young man working was very freindly. he had a nice voice like john wayn and was a very nice looking young genelmen. next time I will ask him if he is singel…not for me ha ha i am maried to my husband JERRY he is still Good Looking for being. 79 ha ha. “I eat here all the time. It’s really good, but I have notes. The wheat wraps Don’t taste very good.
How come they never cut the sandwich all the way through when they cut it in half? Why is there always a piece of bread attached with two sides where you have to rip it apart and ruin the sandwich?
Also, why can’t you put equal toppings on both sides? There’s always one side that has way more meat, in the other side way more vegetables..“

“Decided to stop by for a drive thru visit and this location did not disappoint!
I received very accurate and helpful service, it was quick and everything tasted awesome. I just had to take a pic of my turtle custard bc they did such a good job on it!
Plus the grilled onions were perfect on my burger.
Only complaint would be that my fries completely spilled in the bag, like they were out in there upside down… still tasted good tho haha“

“For the one in Plymouth Minnesota, FINALLY some sweet tea. If you live in Minneapolis, Minnesota, you know, findind a place that sells sweet tea is hard. As if there was a sugar shortage in the area. Anyway!
The service was great. They do have regular unsweetened tea here, but when i told them what i was looking for, they pointed out their signature SWEET tea. Foood & all is Food & will be going back.“

“I order nachos to pick up with the cheese sauce in the side ( I don't like them soggy ) I was told I can't have it on the side, I have requested this in person before and for the most part has been ok, but I don't understand why is this a problem? Sad, I had to cancel my order 😢

“They sell tacos but I've yet to meet a John. I straight up just love Taco John's. I eat there whenever I can. The workers are very timely, a 3-4 minutes at most for wait time in my experience.. but it's always been very quick. Friendly service.“

“Went to the Eden Prairie Arby's location last year around 6:00pm and sat in the drive through for at least 30 minutes after taking our order and were told they ran out of roast beef. Thought we would give them another try tonight and they were closed. Will not make this mistake again, will get our Arby's from the Minnetonka location from now on.“

Been to many in my 40 years and none beat the Chanhassen location... the people are fabulous, the food truly is delicious, it comes out hot and beautiful - seriously, looks just like the commercials! “My husband and I have been getting dinner here every Friday for the past few months, and every time it’s the highlight of our day. Normally, it’s the same young men working, and without fail, they always put a smile on my face. “Music is so loud that you cannot hear the staff and communication is non existent. I have had to send back every single hot sandwich i have ordered because they never ask about adding cold toppings. A certain manager on duty is very belligerent and rude (male, i did not get his name). The tables are never clean without being asked for them to clean them.
Updating my review. THEY CONTROL THE SOUND OF THE MUSIC NOW! It is wonderful! Take all my money now that I can tolerate being inside your business!“

“Take a standard McDonald's, but add a very clean appearance. Parking is far better than the Eden Prairie location a few miles east of here. Has large parking spots for truckers, too. You know the McDonald's menu, and this is no different. Staff was friendly and my order was complete promptly“

“We had such a great experience last night at the valleyfair subway... these lady's made my night...the hours had just changed for the end of summer and I sure didn't realize and had walked in 5 mins before they closed ... not only were they willing to still make us food they also had the the most accommodating demeanors... the place was so well maintained and clean that they whipped up our 3 sandwiches in no time... really topped off our day of being at valleyfair .... these ladies were amazing!!!! “Went inside for breakfast it was really good!! Had the oatmeal with fruit and blueberry muffin and of coffee…. Very satisfied!! The only thing they should do when it isn’t busy is to wipe off the tables. They didn’t look very clean… instead of standing around and talking to coworkers they should do something more constructive…..“

“One of the best QDOBA's we have ever been too. I was skeptical at first as there were mixed reviews. But I was VERY happy with my order. I ordered a burrito and it was honestly larger than my head. I can't even comprehend how and why they made it so big and stuffed but I am not one to complain. That burrito easily lasted two whole meals and then some. Not sure if I was just lucky but would happily return here.“

“We ordered Pizza from here for the first time in a while. We have felt like the quality of the Pizza had really gone down and they always got our order wrong. Today when we ordered, they mixed up our pizzas. My kids really wanted stuffed crust and they put that on The adult Pizza. When I called, they sent a new one right away. This is the best customer service that I’ve had at this location in a very long time so I wanna thank them for everything they did and for getting us our new pizza and it is the best quality pizza we’ve had from there in years. Everyone was very sweet.“

“I just want to say that this is, without a doubt, the best McDonald’s in Minnesota—100%. The quality here is consistently outstanding. The burgers taste better than at any other McDonald’s I’ve tried, not just in Minnesota, but possibly in the entire United States.
Please keep up this level of quality—it really stands out. The team working here is clearly doing an amazing job. Honestly, the people preparing the food deserve recognition for their work. If it were up to me, I’d suggest management consider rewarding them with a $1,000 monthly bonus for maintaining such high standards.
