“I had a subway coupon it cost me $7.62 FOR my sons meal this evening for dinner. They have a clean sandwich shop off of water street in Excelsior. There are tables with chairs available at the tables. So you can eat in thier sandwich shop. Its very nice and clean. My son wanted a chicken sandwich. WITH pepper on it some. And shredded cheese on it with 2 pieces of bacon. The employee cooked it up. And when she brought it out of thier oven. It was very nice and warm. With the topping s melted
And baking the bacon. Then she put lettuce on it along with spinach. It was better than buying a McDonald's meal. And my son wanted lemon aid. So for under $10.00 dollars for one meal. It was a very good price. And they have very nice clean bathrooms. Thank you.“

They've also improved so much through the past like year and a half ive been going here (however ive been going to this one since freshman yr of HS, and I graduated 2024) and wow. top service even if you gotta go into the waiting spot. “Culver's is fast food. Its not like McDonald's. Whats different is they do have different salads to choose from I think 3 kinds. They serve chili and other soups. Sometimes chicken noodle . They have chicken strips kids meals with a free scoop of ice cream. They have grilled cheese sandwiches. They have pretzel bites and onion rings They have custard icecream chocolate or vanilla. And different sundae dishes. My sons enjoys eating at Culver's. And my adult son with autism likes me to get his meals there. When he works at dollar tree as being a cashier thier. And works long hours on Sunday. I usually run there to get him and his boss lunch. And his co workers jump in with the boss and my son. So then I had a big food order to pick up for all the workers at dollar tree and they enjoyed having thier lunch break. Its Quick to get a meal if you order on line. Its reasonable price. It can cost alot if you order alot of food and getting drinks or shakes and custard Icecream. But if you feel like it's too much for your budget. The value meals cost more. But as a parent. I would order the kids meal for myself to save money. The food is good. But I wouldn't eat it everyday. Because then you would get tired of the same foods. But the service is good. Plenty of parking. And you can eat inside or take the order to go. Thank you. I hope this helps.“

“This is one of my favorite chick fil a locations due to its convenient location for me and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. While eating there today my car broke down and one of the staff came out and showed me how to jump start my car, which was simply far above and beyond ordinary customer service. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff and this location. 11/10 would recommend.“

“Genuinely the BEST location that has ever prepared my chicken strip basket.

I get the "sauced and tossed" strips pretty frequently from other places, and they usually just throw them in the box which gets all over the fries and toast, with ketchup packets thrown in instead of in a condiment cup, and the silverware has to be remembered on my own, etc...

But here, I was actually so shocked to see my strips protected with parchment paper that separated the saucey food from the toast, there was a fork placed INSIDE the box for me, the onion rings were seriously the most delicious ones I've ever had, the toast wasn't over-buttered, and they placed the box in a bag instead of sending me away with nothing to carry it in. And it was cheaper here than my usual location by more than 20%!

“Every year the girls get a pup cup for their birthday. Usually we go to that other ice cream place, but I like Culver's custard and figured I'd stop in quick and inquire for her birthday on Monday. The very sweet employee thought I was asking for one instead of just inquiring if they do that at this location and came back with one for the girls. They were spoiled a little early and we will definitely be back on their birthday and other days for service like this. Thank you so much for making mine and the girls day🍨💜“

“I stopped by here after Ren faire last year and was waited on by Nicole. If she's not the manager, she sure should be!
Shes very helped, very polite, very professional.
She even helped give me information about the area and directions to other local attractions.

“Take a standard McDonald's, but add a very clean appearance. Parking is far better than the Eden Prairie location a few miles east of here. Has large parking spots for truckers, too. You know the McDonald's menu, and this is no different. Staff was friendly and my order was complete promptly“

“I eat here all the time. It’s really good, but I have notes. The wheat wraps Don’t taste very good.
How come they never cut the sandwich all the way through when they cut it in half? Why is there always a piece of bread attached with two sides where you have to rip it apart and ruin the sandwich?
Also, why can’t you put equal toppings on both sides? There’s always one side that has way more meat, in the other side way more vegetables..“

“Decided to stop by for a drive thru visit and this location did not disappoint!

I received very accurate and helpful service, it was quick and everything tasted awesome. I just had to take a pic of my turtle custard bc they did such a good job on it!

Plus the grilled onions were perfect on my burger.

Only complaint would be that my fries completely spilled in the bag, like they were out in there upside down… still tasted good tho haha“

“Went inside for breakfast it was really good!! Had the oatmeal with fruit and blueberry muffin and of coffee…. Very satisfied!! The only thing they should do when it isn’t busy is to wipe off the tables. They didn’t look very clean… instead of standing around and talking to coworkers they should do something more constructive…..“

“I was having a really bad day and stopped to get a late lunch. The staff was immediately engaging when I walked in. They explained the menu, suggested how to order, and were on the ball. The gentleman that made my sandwich was funny and kind and said he was going to make me a “masterpiece”. He did! I got a turkey and provolone with all the fixings and it was picture perfect! The store was clean and inviting. The staff and their good attitude literally changed the course of my day and reframed my mood. They were the embodiment of good customer service. Thank you. ☺️“

“I went through at about 8 o’clock this morning, I got two sausage, egg McMuffins and use a buy one get one coupon.
The service was extremely fast, there was no issue with the coupon, the cashier wasn’t confused like some are, communication was good, and the food was good.

“These guys truly go above & beyond! A while back I had a catering order from a different establishment fall through & had 40 hungry employees expecting lunch. It was 11am, lunch was scheduled for 12. I stopped in to Jersey Mikes & they were happy to jump in & bail us out. One of the employees sat down with me & talked through the lunch order, & within the hour I left with boxes of sandwiches, chips and cookies for 40. They saved the day!! Very kind & accommodating, even with me springing this on them last minute. (I have since scheduled catering orders with them for our offices, & have been happy every time).“

“The pizza is usually pretty good but occasionally there will be more crust than pizza. I always ask for square cut pizza and it never is anymore (it was in July 2024 but since about August 2024, my pizzas never have square cut even though it's selected every order). Once in a while they throw in a pepper that's the size of a dime or smaller that isn't edible which sucks if you like the pepper. The brownies are always divine though, and delivery is usually fast and the drivers are usually friendly.“
