“This is one of my favorite chick fil a locations due to its convenient location for me and the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. While eating there today my car broke down and one of the staff came out and showed me how to jump start my car, which was simply far above and beyond ordinary customer service. Cannot speak highly enough of the staff and this location. 11/10 would recommend.“

“I wish I knew the name of the dark haired man (his mom has a pomeranian/husky) that's the order taker, he is amazing! He makes the wait time (because they serve hot food, unlike their neighbors) enjoyable! I have been multiple times to this location and he has taken this chain customer service next level!!“

“I went there to get lunch for my husband’s coworkers ( 12 persons on total) I wasn’t sure what to order but the guy in the cashier are help me to choose the right hamburger for my hungry guys that they’re was doing roofing close in the area. They’re said the hamburgers are very tasty and fresh!!“

I was in the drive throgh with my sister janece and we order the Chicken sandwich the 2 for 7 large curly fry’s and a shake i think was jamaica. the jamaica flavor was coffee and delicious if you are wondering…curly fry’s never disapoint. ANd janece had a dalter pepper,, her Favorite! wish they had a peycan chicken sandwich left… when we got to the drive thow the young man working was very freindly. he had a nice voice like john wayn and was a very nice looking young genelmen. next time I will ask him if he is singel…not for me ha ha i am maried to my husband JERRY he is still Good Looking for being. 79 ha ha. LOL! but my grandaughter is 27 years old pretty and she needs a hard working and nice man like the Arbies drive throw. she is not geting anyounger!!! LOL! dont tell her i said that…“

“Every year the girls get a pup cup for their birthday. Usually we go to that other ice cream place, but I like Culver's custard and figured I'd stop in quick and inquire for her birthday on Monday. The very sweet employee thought I was asking for one instead of just inquiring if they do that at this location and came back with one for the girls. They were spoiled a little early and we will definitely be back on their birthday and other days for service like this. Thank you so much for making mine and the girls day🍨💜“

“one thing you gotta knowabout me is that im a Churro gal. does taco johns have the BEST Churros? I've been to Disney world AND Disneyland so obviously the answer is no. but I live in a flyover state so thus taco johns is my next best option. more often than not theyre overcooked. but today? bangin Churro. mouse-approved. not aactually mice, obviously. they'd eat anything thats a ridiculous gauge for what's good or not.“

“great sandwiched and even better service! I was in to the Chan location. a bit ago and there was a mix up in Sammie between myself and another customer. I did not realize this until after a 20min drive home. I called the store and they immediately knew what happened. offered to comp my next meal. well, today I had the time to go back and I no more than walk in the door and they knew who I was and comped my sandwich. no questions! top notch customer service! “Went to the Eden Prairie Arby's location last year around 6:00pm and sat in the drive through for at least 30 minutes after taking our order and were told they ran out of roast beef. Thought we would give them another try tonight and they were closed. Will not make this mistake again, will get our Arby's from the Minnetonka location from now on.“

“I eat here all the time. It’s really good, but I have notes. The wheat wraps Don’t taste very good.
How come they never cut the sandwich all the way through when they cut it in half? Why is there always a piece of bread attached with two sides where you have to rip it apart and ruin the sandwich?
Also, why can’t you put equal toppings on both sides? There’s always one side that has way more meat, in the other side way more vegetables..“

“Been a long time jersey mikes customer but this was the first time I went to this location. I was very impressed! Everyone was so friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy customer service. “I stopped by here after Ren faire last year and was waited on by Nicole. If she's not the manager, she sure should be!
Shes very helped, very polite, very professional.
She even helped give me information about the area and directions to other local attractions.

“Decided to stop by for a drive thru visit and this location did not disappoint!
I received very accurate and helpful service, it was quick and everything tasted awesome. I just had to take a pic of my turtle custard bc they did such a good job on it!
Plus the grilled onions were perfect on my burger.
Only complaint would be that my fries completely spilled in the bag, like they were out in there upside down… still tasted good tho haha“

Been to many in my 40 years and none beat the Chanhassen location... the people are fabulous, the food truly is delicious, it comes out hot and beautiful - seriously, looks just like the commercials! “Take a standard McDonald's, but add a very clean appearance. Parking is far better than the Eden Prairie location a few miles east of here. Has large parking spots for truckers, too. You know the McDonald's menu, and this is no different. Staff was friendly and my order was complete promptly“

“I order nachos to pick up with the cheese sauce in the side ( I don't like them soggy ) I was told I can't have it on the side, I have requested this in person before and for the most part has been ok, but I don't understand why is this a problem? Sad, I had to cancel my order 😢

“Nice new building and friendly staff. I do wish their menu would have a little more variety and be a little more consistent. It seems every time I have been to a Taco Bell I can't find the items I really liked the last time I was there.
I believe it was the chicken burrito with a lime flavored Baja sauce. Couldn't find it.“

“Music is so loud that you cannot hear the staff and communication is non existent. I have had to send back every single hot sandwich i have ordered because they never ask about adding cold toppings. A certain manager on duty is very belligerent and rude (male, i did not get his name). The tables are never clean without being asked for them to clean them.
Updating my review. THEY CONTROL THE SOUND OF THE MUSIC NOW! It is wonderful! Take all my money now that I can tolerate being inside your business!“

“Went inside for breakfast it was really good!! Had the oatmeal with fruit and blueberry muffin and of coffee…. Very satisfied!! The only thing they should do when it isn’t busy is to wipe off the tables. They didn’t look very clean… instead of standing around and talking to coworkers they should do something more constructive…..“

“Generally excellent in all areas, especially service. The biggest complaint is caused by the awful noise pollution from the ceiling speakers that some might call music. People do not go to McDonalds to listen to the music! Turn it off.“

“I had Potbelly deliver my turkey sandwich. I chose the wheat roll. Always toasted and crispy. Turkey with provolone, lettuce and onions, and I added bacon. Also mustard and mayo. Delicious. I love how customizable the sandwiches are. Great lunch spot for eat in or delivery!“

“These guys truly go above & beyond! A while back I had a catering order from a different establishment fall through & had 40 hungry employees expecting lunch. It was 11am, lunch was scheduled for 12. I stopped in to Jersey Mikes & they were happy to jump in & bail us out. One of the employees sat down with me & talked through the lunch order, & within the hour I left with boxes of sandwiches, chips and cookies for 40. They saved the day!! Very kind & accommodating, even with me springing this on them last minute. (I have since scheduled catering orders with them for our offices, & have been happy every time).“

“We had such a great experience last night at the valleyfair subway... these lady's made my night...the hours had just changed for the end of summer and I sure didn't realize and had walked in 5 mins before they closed ... not only were they willing to still make us food they also had the the most accommodating demeanors... the place was so well maintained and clean that they whipped up our 3 sandwiches in no time... really topped off our day of being at valleyfair .... these ladies were amazing!!!! Thank you for the experience!!!“

“I GOT AN EXTRA NUGGIE 🥰 Bought a 4 peice and a 6 peice and got an extra nuggie in the 4 peice. Honestly love this team. They've also improved so much through the past like year and a half ive been going here (however ive been going to this one since freshman yr of HS, and I graduated 2024) and wow. top service even if you gotta go into the waiting spot.
