El Jefe's Taqueria and Taco Truck offers exceptional food and great friendly service. The best Cubano outside of a Cuban restaurant is available, along with Barbacoa tacos. At the in-store location inside Quik Trip Gas station, Hugo greeted customers like old friends and made the best burrito ever, with great flavors layered together and a nice crispness on the shell. The tomatillo salsa was so fresh, and one burrito provided two full meals. Fantastic tacos and service are consistent, with a burrito that looked delicious and could feed a small family. The pozole was incredible, fully loaded with fresh toppings and layered with flavor. The Torta, Quesadilla, and Burrito are all loved, with huge portion sizes and really good sauces. Horchatas were a balanced level of sweet. Everything is made fresh, the service is super friendly, and the quality stands out.
