Great experience, specially because it's new management y and their very friendly. The way they make chili is out of this work. Chili is so good 😊
While many people have described bad experiences here, I had a great experience on 2/8/18. The gentleman who took my order (a manager, I presume) was so friendly and personable. He made sure to let me know that the fries would take 2 minutes and if that was OK (fresh hot fries? Yes, no problem to wait!). While I was waiting he put a small frosty on my tray. He later walked around the restaurant checking if everyone was OK or needed something. He really was great and made my day!...read full review
