Will and Jane and Cassie and everyone are just so friendly here. I used to love to grab a coffee and have a smoke in the morning. And the people working here always brightened my day!
I have been to all the Starbucks around the Excelsior area (Chanhassen, Minnetonka, Hopkins) and THIS is the only one I still visit. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They remember me (I'm a weekly visitor) and they remember my drink & name. They train the new staff right, and everyone is smiles. Drinks are consistent and fresh every time.
