“Such an amazing place! Their breads, pastries and sandwiches are amazing! Highly recommend their soup as well for a cold winter day! I have not had any of the coffee before but if you are looking for a great sandwich for lunch highly recommend this place! Everyone here are so kind and patient. It is a smaller place so be aware that it can get busy during peak hours but plenty of places to sit!“
“This place rocks! Why go to a big chain type coffee shop when you can come to Excelsior...have a view of the lake...have a wonderful coffee and a sandwich made from scratch plus talk to the owners at the same time! The ham, egg and cheese croissant is my go to! 10/10 would recommend!“
“This cute general store is well kept and chock full of goodies. The staff was very welcoming and ready to assist. It was fun to browse the items for sale and to see the historical photos hanging around the store. I ended up buying a Sebastian Joe's ice cream sandwich, but they had plenty of ice cream treats and offered cones of SJ's flavors. In addition they had a nice selection of beverages and snacks. Perfect for a pre- or post-bike ride refuel! They also have a nice porch and back seating area that is enclosed or you can snack at the park across the way.The building has a small lot that allows for 30 minute parking. It also has bike racks available making it super convenient.“
“I went here to work one morning. I got a vanilla cooler, which was delicious. It was promptly made, so that was nice. As I was deciding where to work, because I had a few calls that I had to be on, the interior isn't sprawling but has a few outlets and different seating that is serviceable. I ended up going outside to take the calls, which was super nice. The Wi-Fi extended to the patio, and it was a bit quieter out there. It worked like a charm.“

“Drinks are always impeccable, service is A+, the only problem is finding a seat as they are always packed! Their prices are reasonable for downtown Excelsior, and especially for the quality (their wine prices might be the best in the area!).“
