“We were there on a Sunday night in early March 2024. Pretty quiet, just what we wanted for our anniversary. New York strip was one of the best steaks I've had along with the garlic mashed potatoes.My wife had the broiled walleye and was very pleased with it.Our server, Lydia, was awesome, took very good care of us!”

“After so often hearing from friends about Surfside, & perusing their menu online, we finally gave Surfside a shot. What a wonderful experience. It was 5ish & the place was packed with Families & Baby Boomers, now we know why, the prices were more than fair, & the menu was extensive, so much so that choosing was an adventure. The Waitress was helpful & playful, which was great for unstressing us because our car broke upon entering the parking lot, & we were a little stressed...I , as a Vegetarian, chose the Beet Salad, & my Boo chose a Half Order of Ribs which came with Fries, a small loaf of Cornbread, & Coleslaw. If that's a half order, which was huge, I can't imagine how big the full order must be. The Ribs are made in a smoker out back, & my Boo said they're the best he's ever had & even comparing to Ribs he's had in both the West & South that are renowned for their Ribs. Here the best part: The Owner of Surfside likes to go table to table talking to his Patrons, insuring a positive experience is had by all. We had a conversation about how our Car broke entering the lot. Long story short, he overheard us calling an Uber, & offered us a ride home! We accepted a ride home from a friendly Proprietor who gives Customer Service a whole new spin. Needless to say, we have a new favorite Eatery”

“I've loved everything I've tried. Lunch specials, Chicken platter, gyro, feta dip, hummus, pita, Turkish coffee and baklava....all delicious. Amazing service and atmosphere. Highly recommend. Recently got the feast and everyone enjoyed it and was full with leftovers. You can definitely feed more than 4 with it.”

“This is a great little spot for breakfast. It’s a quaint little spot which is completely unassuming from the outside. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with hash browns. The hollandaise sauce was fresh and delicious. The eggs were poached perfectly. My only small complaint was I asked for well done hash browns and the weren’t. No problem because they were still great. My friend had the French toast with their homemade sausage. He gave me a taste of the sausage and it’s really delicious. It has a very distinctive flavor with a nice spicy flavor. He thoroughly enjoyed his French toast. Overall a great meal and a wonderful experience. I would highly recommended this place.”

“YUM ALERT! Our office orders from OAK Eatery and dines in on a regular basis because so many of their menu items are delicious. The "What the Cluck" sandwich is out of this world, and their salad dressings are homemade. We're all obsessed, and the staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. Support this business!”

“Amazing donuts! Especially if you think grocery store donuts are any good, you are in for a treat. This bakery also participates with Too Good To Go, an app working to eliminate food waste. Definitely worth a stop in if you haven't been to this neighborhood gem before.”

“Everyone was very friendly, and they had fresh items coming out of the oven as I walked in. I ordered some ham and cheese scones and some white bread. The scones were delicious and the bread is very soft and an enjoyable ”

“This place is awesome stumbled upon it today. Great sandwiches I had a Ruben and fries the Ruben was the best I've had in awhile and the fries are seasoned just right on top of the food there is a whole deli/ meat market. Tons of different wiskeys some that are hard to find at other liquor stores and a good wine selection as well great place to check out”

“Great brewery set up right on Lake Minnetonka. They have a good selection of IPA and 8 other beers of varying style. The taproom is cozy and situated quasi-restaurant style. Staff was prompt and friendly on my visit. There was also a Voyageur Sauna onsite during my visit. Matt the Sauana Steward was simply amazing. Knowledgeable about temperature therapy, and beer, snd engaging. I for sure want to check them out in the spring/summer to watch the boats pull up. And also want to come and watch a Vikings game on their outdoor screen on the patio.”

“I would love to give Iron Tap all 5 stars but they have not had a proper entrance to the restaurant for years now? So with this issue they have you sitting close to the door and cold air is constantly flooding in and giving a chill in their dinning area. When I go out to eat I expect to be able to take off my winter coat to enjoy my food/experience. The quicker they resolve this issue it would be amazing.”

I have not had any of the coffee before but if you are looking for a great sandwich for lunch highly recommend this place! Everyone here are so kind and patient. It is a smaller place so be aware that it can get busy during peak hours but plenty of places to sit!”

“Our first time stopping at this location as we passed through while traveling. James from the second we walked in was an absolute class act! Customer service was phenomenal and recommendations were even better. We came in a little unsure of what we wanted and James gave us some excellent recommendations. The Bulldog and Shih Tzu did not disappoint! Huge dogs, loaded with toppings and the bread was delicious! Thank you James and Dog Park we will be back!”

“Nice restaurant with a cozy vibe. Went for Valentine’s Day and got a reservation a week prior with no problem. Food was good but came out warm vs fresh/hot. Not sure if that was because it was a busy night but was expecting more for the pre we paid. Would give them another shot in the future on a less busy night.”
