“Came for lunch on Sunday. Service was extremely great! Lisa was so amazing. She was very efficient and super friendly. The way she took care of us made us feel so special. She brought our food out incredibly fast. It was super hot and very very good! Everything was cooked to perfection. Exactly the way we asked for it! The manager was so friendly she was checking on all the tables interacting with all the guests helping the waitress. We’ll definitely be here next Sunday! I love how they treat everybody like family. Bathrooms were sparkling clean. Great music choice also. We even got to pay at the table! Just an amazing experience overall! Such a Great job Osseo perkins“

I relocated to the area in early 2020 from Nevada and since have been unable to find Mexican food that was comparable…until tonight. Picked this spot because it was the closet Mexican restaurant on the way home and it wasn’t a chain restaurant or fast food. This burrito is so good. It tasted like home and that was a really good feeling. This area is home now and this location will really help add to the feeling! Definitely recommend the apple fritter, no canned apples there! The lemon bars, peanut butter donuts and glazed donuts all thumbs up. New to me was the Paczkis. They stole the show in my book.

As if the pastries weren’t enough to bring us back (and they definitely are) the price was amazing! 6 “donuts” less than $17… Light, fluffy, DELICIOUS, good thing we live 5 hrs away, I’d be there everyday!

We tried the Old Fashioned, glazed blueberry cake and the strawberry rhubarb filled Bismarck. All three were wonderful - beautifully crafted, genuine tastes of powdered sugar, fruit…just real ingredients. The staff were super friendly and we even got a discount for being first timers! “So, I’ve had unpredictable bouts of constipation throughout my life. I remember receiving enemas that were meant for elderly individuals when I was 8 or 9. When I attended this restaurant, I haven’t had a bowel movement in around 2-3 days. Previously before that I required stimulant laxatives, which creates muscle contractions to force waste out of your anus. I tried a basic cheeseburger with a side of fries, and a raspberry peach iced tea. As soon as I finished my meal, I felt it. The rumbling that signals such an impending cloud of doom in your stomach, causing your heart to metaphorically drop 50 feet from my chest. I drove home, as I didn’t feel it appropriate to require Perkins to call in a biohazard crew to wall off the women’s restroom. Immediately I rushed down to the toilet, and unleashed hell. 3 days worth of regularly eaten-and-digested goodness exploded out of my bottom like a flood gate- It was indescribable the stench, it could probably harm a small child. Like not normal fecal matter, something radioactive and potent enough to kill a rodent. It was half liquid and half solid as it endlessly exited it’s swollen, dark tomb. I have never felt such relief, and from the most unlikely of places. Thank you, Perkins. May our stars cross again someday when I need to take a giant gorilla dump.“

This is my families Perkins of choice passing by two others much closer Perkins just to go to the Maple Grove location. Our server Taylor was attentive, polite and very in tune to our groups needs. She is and example of what a waitress or waiter should be. The food was great and the building / bathroom cleanliness was expletory. WE had 5 dozen cookies and 4 dozen bars, and at this point, even with only about 80 people, there's maybe a handful of each left and they will be gone before the end of the day. “I love this place! The bakery is fantastic, but I have to practice self control and not go in there every time I come to the grocery store. The grocery store side of the place is a colorful, beautiful, place that just makes me happy when I walk inside. They sell an array of items from cooking vessels, utensils, dishes, to a whole isle of inexpensive spices, fresh produce, meats, and many things specific to Central and South American cooking and cuisine. They have a breakfast/lunch counter with a seating area where you can order an array of authentic cuisine including tacos, beans and rice, burritos and more.“

“Right as you walk in, you greeted by all the wonderous aromas of both sweet and savory freshly baked items. I had a very hard time deciding what I wanted. I had missed the information that it was a French Asian fusion bakery, but the signs were there. Red bean buns, instructions on how to use tongs and trays correctly, but the best part was the gentlemen at the counter. They were very welcoming and polite, told me to skip the tip screen (it's rude to tip in asian cultures) and then asked for my tongs with both hands. I was almost gitty with the opportunity to use my Japanese to thank him politely. He automatically responded back in Japanese and then took a step back and smiled wide as he noticed what happened. We had a small conversation and I finally sat down to eat my lunch with my daughter. My daughter and I cleaned our table and returned our trays and with a happy smile the gentlemen wish us a good day and to see us soon. If you have never traveled to Japan, this café will only give you a glimpse, but still, it was a wonderfully surprising bonus to my day. I highly recommend a visit and to visit often!“

I also love the Ecuadorian pride going on in here. As a mother to a half-Ecuadorian child, this place truly rocks. Great atmosphere with delicious cakes and breads (I didn’t get a chance you try the bread but I’m going back you get some because they look HEAVENLY).
