Just tried some of their chocolate rye cookies and they were amazing! The balance of sweet, bitter, chocolate and salt was perfect with some vanilla to round it out. The texture was amazing as well, after taking a bite you had to wonder how it could hold its shape and yet be so soft in the middle. Love this bread! And their scones are wonderful! I have a sensitivity to store bought bread, but this bread is easy for me to digest and delicious. The folks who run their booth at the Mill City Farmers Market are fantastic and they always have a great selection. Get their early before the scones run out!
