Nikkolette was a great tour guide guiding my girl scout and her troop through the shop and answering all the questions the girls had. They each got to have a macaroon making experience&use a piping bag to make macaroons&take some home to try! They were delicious! Macarons are my favorite dessert. It is kind of hard finding good ones around Minnesota I feel, but Nikolette's is amazing. They have a wide variety of flavors, and you can actually taste the difference between them. Blue Marshmallow and Caramel Cappuccino are my personal favorites, but everything is so good.
