“I went through the drive-through sick, and was given the wrong food (To be fair, it was just a different BLT than what I ordered so they probably misheard). I called and was a little rude honestly because I was sick but the manager Gage (I think) was absolutely wonderful and validated my concerns and by the end of the call, I was apologizing- They were so kind! Since I was sick, they even threw in some soup and a pastry. Some may say since they messed up, they don’t deserve five stars, but they went above and beyond in rectifying it!“

“Decent salads, and many good toppings to choose from. They have a menu or you can build your own. I personally enjoy their Classic Caesar, but if you want to add some chicken, it's an upcharge. To be honest, the only drawback to this place is the price. $10 - $15 for a simple salad is a little much in my opinion. However, it's fast, and good for anyone trying to lose a few inches around the waist. Sadly, if you make it a regular occurrence, your wallet may end up getting thinner faster than you.

Still, I'd recommend the place. Quick service, decent quality food, good if you're grabbing something quick to take back to the office.“

“Great food and excellent service. The atmosphere needs an overhaul specifically the lighting. tables and chairs. It's way to bright and the ceiling is too high and visually needs to be lowered with something decorative. Comes across as a big room with bright lights.“

“The other week, I was in the northern metro suburbs and started to get hungry. I drove past Sarna's Grill in Columbia Heights and, judging by the building's welcoming appearance, decided to park and give it a try (though I know that doesn't necessarily mean the food or service will be good).\n\nThat said, my decision was bolstered by the spacious, inviting interior, wide aisles, booths filled with couples and families, and the waitstaff delivering trays of appetizing food.\n\nA friendly waitperson greeted me at my table and offered me a menu with a variety of options, from burgers and salads to complete meals, including pasta and hot turkey or beef.\n\nI chose the BLT on artisan whole wheat with a side of coleslaw. It looked so tempting that I took a bite of half the sandwich before realizing I hadn't taken a picture of the food. What you see in the attached image is the mouth-watering inside of the delicious BLT.\n\nAs it turned out, I had an hour to kill. After finishing my meal, I asked if I could hang out for a while. The friendly waitperson said I could stay as long as I wanted and brought me a cup of coffee to pass the time.\n\nThat kindness made my day and earned her a nice tip. Plus, I promised to return the next time I'm in the neighborhood.“

“Visited here with three companions for an early dinner. I arrived early and was seated in a nice booth, informing Maria, my smiling happy server, that I would like her to order for me. After delivering a basket of the pleasantly salty/garlicy breadsticks (the first of three) my companions arrived and ordered. My diet coke with fruit was served up, and the big bowl of Caesar salad arrived (the first of two) fresh and delicious. Maria surprised me with a plate of Steak & Shrimp Bucatini, the best thing we ate that day. Also ordered were the Lasagna Fritta as a shared appetizer that received unanimous approval, the Chicken Parm, and Chicken & Shrimp Carbonara. My only complaint was that my was served very warm instead of hot. It was definitely a pleasant experience, Maria was perfectly attentive and helpful, and we ended up taking up space in that booth for almost two hours laughing and having a great time.“

“I’ve been a regular since they moved to Blaine. I ordered the lettuce wraps. The lettuce was a delicate bib lettuce and wet, huge chunks of red cabbage, large Julianne carrots. Made it impossible to eat wrapped. Told the server. She offered to get me more lettuce. No thank you. Won’t order again. The quality is not the same as when Carol owned it.“

“Food was all fresh, prepared on site, top quality indigenous food ingredients. Friendly staff (KBIC), assortment of sodas. I’d recommend the maple seltzer, and tangerine lion mane Headwater. The bison soup had a nice spice and kick with greens and vegetables. The pear, strawberry manoomin salad was excellent (seeds and red onion are nice touch). Red Lake Walleye fish tacos were a heck of way to finish off my Anishinaabe food experience of memories from tribal gatherings with our foods. Background music was a throwback and nice touch. Nishin! “My wife and I had a late lunch on Tuesday at the Maple Grove Olive Garden. Our waiter’s name was Shine. I talked to Derrick, the general manager regarding how well cooked the chicken was on my meal. It was cooked properly and was still very tender and juicy. The manager was very nice to talk too and explained how their cooks are trained well and use a temperature probe to always assure that the chicken is cooked to the correct temp. My wife and I had a great lunch, in fact brought food home for dinner too. Great general manager and Shine is a great waiter. Overall experience was fantastic, well done Olive Garden!“

“I stopped at the Maple Grove location on my way out of town, as I live an hour away. I got 2 pastries & 2 slices of cake but they got one cake wrong unfortunately and I didn't know it until I got home and unboxed them. I asked for a blueberry chiffon and rcvd a chocolate chiffon. While the quality was STELLAR on everything, I was really looking forward to the blueberry one. Maybe next time.“

“Ok this is a great pizza joint. Located in the heart of NorthEast Minneapolis right across from Surdyk's Liquor & Cheese Shop Some of the best fast casual food in the Twin Cities. The staff is friendly and the service is great and the FOOD is top notch. Check it out.“
