My wife and I had a late lunch on Tuesday at the Maple Grove Olive Garden. Our waiter’s name was Shine. I talked to Derrick, the general manager regarding how well cooked the chicken was on my meal. It was cooked properly and was still very tender and juicy. The manager was very nice to talk too and explained how their cooks are trained well and use a temperature probe to always assure that the chicken is cooked to the correct temp. Olive Garden Italian Restaurant provides excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere. The staff is helpful and proactive, ensuring a pleasant dining experience. The restaurant is a great spot for large family gatherings and offers unlimited breadsticks and salad. Customers adore the endless soup, with the zuppa toscana hitting the spot every time. The Tour of Italy is a favorite, featuring crispy chicken, lasagna, and classic chicken alfredo. The food is well put together and very delicious, and the drinks are as well. The place was clean with a large amount of space for parking. However, some recent visits found the food a bit too salty, and the zuppa toscana not tasting the same. Service experiences have varied, with one server being too loud and assuming a child was too young for a glass, and another having a language barrier regarding broccoli and cheese. In one instance, a table was cleared before guests returned from the bathroom.
