As soon as I entered this restaurant I was drawn to the fun, nostalgic decor that lends itself to such a cozy ambiance. This was my first time dining at this venue and it did not disappoint. This was my second visit to Buca in Maple Grove. It was amazing. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Special Thank You to Cheyenne, he was amazing his drinks were fabulous, ask him for some of his specials, he did an amazing alcohol free apple drink, that had all 8 of us at the table very happy. He also took time to take us on a tour of the entire facility. This is a beautiful place, it has so much character. We will be back again.
