Recently there was a mishaps that happened on our order and after talking to Gage (manager), she promptly took care of the issue and was very polite about the whole experience. I appreciated her professionalism and attention to detail. Thank you.
I went through the drive-through sick, and was given the wrong food (To be fair, it was just a different BLT than what I ordered so they probably misheard). I called and was a little rude honestly because I was sick but the manager Gage (I think) was absolutely wonderful and validated my concerns and by the end of the call, I was apologizing- They were so kind!
