We ate lunch at Vitali’s café recently. It’s a tiny place in an out-of-the-way location and we were the only customers. The one staff person was very eager to help us find something good to eat and indeed the food was good. My partner had a breakfast burrito and I had the mushroom crepe. Both were generous and tasty.
OK first of all the crêpes are to die for. But unfortunately I can't give a five star review because it takes F O R E V E R and the service leaves a lot to be desired. They definitely need to hire some employees. I think it's just a husband and wife team, those are the only two people I've ever seen working. The fact that it's in a hotel means you can't just go grab a quick lunch here. If there's a line, plan to wait an hour or more. I think this place would be better if they...read full review

I had a long layover at Minneapolis airport so I odered from Vitali's on Doordash. The food was excelent and got a here very quickly. I had a personal eggplant pizza and it was really good and flavorful. The texture was still great even though I was not eating it totally fresh. I would highly recommend them!
