“This is our favorite Mexican food truck in town. It is parked across from Menards in Brooklyn Park. We stop here for a quick most authentic Mexican food almost every time we visit Menards. Senior Benjamin is the friendliest cook we have ever met, we always try practicing our minuscule Spanish and he always plays along. They make burritos really fast and by far, their burritos taste better than Chipotle’s. Their burritos are packed with fresh flavorful Ingredients, with meats that are well marinated and seasoned to perfection. You can eat right there under the shade of the tree or take your order to go and eat at home. Their portions are huge! One burrito can easily feed two people.“

“I’m in the middle of eating my burrito but I had to make this review now. I relocated to the area in early 2020 from Nevada and since have been unable to find Mexican food that was comparable…until tonight. Picked this spot because it was the closet Mexican restaurant on the way home and it wasn’t a chain restaurant or fast food. This burrito is so good. It tasted like home and that was a really good feeling. This area is home now and this location will really help add to the feeling! “I really don’t have great experience late at night at fast food restaurants but BIG SHOUT OUT TO DWIGHT WHO WORKS LATER IN THE NIGHT. He’s patient, understanding and has a great personality. I literally go out of my way. (4 miles) to go to this specific Taco Bell because he’s always chill and happy to do his job with a great smile. He deserves a raise or promotion!
