The workers burp was extremely loud and inappropriate and he didn’t even say excuse me. I felt uncomfortable and me and my friend were flabbergasted but I won’t lie the burp was tantalizing.

I stopped by today and went through the drive-thru. While I was sitting at the window I looked in and couldn't believe a staff member and the short shorts she was wearing! Not that you should be wearing short shorts like that at work in the first place. This girl was rather large and was wearing a yellow hoodie. The shorts just kind of disappeared as they were pulled up into her. Is there no dress code anymore at work? Has all of that just gone out the window? Should a customer have to see that when they're just about to eat something? Come on people!

1st time here and they said ... the fryer and the grill wasn't working . The store manager needs to get that fixed. And then the lady said if we want our chili dog in a bag? do y'all not do that on the regular or???

Don't blame your customers when YOU can't do your job. They forgot the chips for our combo, then didn't give us any spoons for our Blizzards. Then got attitude when we asked for spoons. No "Thank you." No "Sorry about that." Just a huff and shoving our stuff out the window without even looking at us. Seriously don't take jobs in customer service if you're not wanting to service customers.
This is the greatest blizzard I have ever had. It was solid the entire time, had enough of the candy. Service was great, for sure this is my go to location now.

I was super excited to try the new spring/summer blizzard flavors but they severely underdelivered on execution. I only had about 5 pieces of chocolate marshmallow in my s'more blizzard. My nephew's Brookie blizzard was pulverized with no pieces of brookies. And they got my daughter's order was wrong. She wanted Oreo & got Oreo Brookie. Next time we want ice cream we will go to the local Mpls ice cream shops who excel in execution.

Every time I have gone here they charge the most out of any Dairy Queen Ive been too for their products and on top of that they are horrible the dilly bars always look like a 5 year old made them and the ice cream is always horrible tasting. I’d recommend going to a different location or place to get your ice cream till they make this place better.

Picked up a dish of chocolate ice cream for family member recovering from wisdom teeth removal; it tasted so weird, almost tangy like spoiled milk. Called store 5 times to let them know, no one answered and mailbox was full. Wish I had read these other comments first!
