“May 17th near 7pm ish. I was doing a door dash order for someone and a nice dude handling the order said they didn’t have the waffle cone bowl. My heart sank bc that day everything was going wrong with all the door dash orders I had. Long story but props to that guy for accommodating to the order and he offered me a small ice cream dish. He’s a real one and should keep him around/ raise.“

“Usually good experience unless its packed. It gets a little confusing then. The smaller cookies are better to me because they tend to be a little more on the done side. If you enjoy slightly under cooked cookies you'd like the bigger size. They are pricy though so I only go once in a while.“

“Today 4-20-2025 I went to this location two young girls were working around 1:30 pm and I order a small Oreo Blizzard but was charged for a Medium size instead. I come here for weeks now and I know how much for the small and it’s 4.69. and not 5.15. Any ways update: 4-22-2025 around 2pm went to this location and told them about this small incident and younger lady cashier she apologized and So I bought a medium sized Oreo blizzard and got a upgraded to large to balanced it off. Thx ladies! That’s what I called taking care of your customers! I will be back again and again! Now it’s 5 stars not 1 star lols“

“I went to Cottage Grove Culver's with a friend yesterday and was inspired to write a review because the service was well above average. My friend got the flavor of the day frozen custard, which was a devil's food cake chocolate flavor. It looked delicious and I said that out loud. One of the employees there, Brayden, overheard me say that and brought me a free sample. That was so thoughtful and the kind of service one might expect from a sit-down restaurant with servers. It makes me so happy when someone takes pride in their job and exceeds expectations. Besides the excellent service, I have always been impressed with the quality of Culver's food from burgers to salads to custard.“

“We go to Culver's in WBL a few times a month. My oder for the Bacon, cheese Butterburger has yet to be correct. Always missing an ingredient. This past Wednesday we went. Our meal was good and arrived quickly. When we ordered our dessert
it was so tiny we thought it was a joke. We ordered the flavor of the day. It truly barely covered the bottom of the dish. For $6 something I expect better. I love this location and have just decided it eon't be perfect so we continue to go. I have spoken to employees there and now just except that our order will usually not be correct. The employees always have a smile on their faces, and the one time a mistake was made on my order, not only did they fix it, they offered me a refund for having to wait a few minutes for them to correct it. Best ice cream in the neighborhood!“

I always get the small cone with the crunch toppings on it. Eyeckton ordered a small cone dipped in cherry shell coding and he got a side of the crunch toppings which was a full cup.
