“Stopped in a few times with my kids over the summer, and always had a great experience. Happy staff and quick scoops! I do wish there was better seating available. Ice cream isn't really something you buy and then drive off with (it will melt before you get home!), but the outdoor seating left something to be desired. The last time i went, every chair outside had something spilled on it, and limited picnic table options. It was their first summer, and i think they are sharing this seating with the pizza place, so i'm sure they are still working out the kinks.

I also want to call out how impressed i am with the creamery's dedication to the Lake Elmo community. They have participated in a few of the local events that happen here annually, and it really helps the events be successful, and puts the LEC in a really positive light. Keep up the great work!!“

“I stopped by the Cottage Grove Farmer's Market to grab some fresh veggies and spotted this booth. Many unique flavors, made with all natural ingredients. I tried the All Shook Up bar and it was AMAZING! I will definitely stop by the Stillwater location to try other flavors. Thanks for the delicious treat!“

“I love culvers! The food was amazing. However, the service was just ok, I was not a very big fan on how they forgot my ranch and gave me mustard instead. That is not a proper replacement. Those vibes were good, though! I really liked the lighting. It was a bit messy, though.

Parking: It's busy at lunch and dinner and sometimes breakfast but in between empty

Today, our son arrived early with his PCA before the restaurant opened and experienced a severe meltdown in the parking lot. Jonathan went far beyond what anyone would expect. He came outside to help, stayed calm and compassionate, and supported the situation with kindness, understanding, and patience during a very difficult moment. He treated our son and his caregiver with dignity and care, and his actions made a huge difference.
People like Jonathan deserve to be recognized. Exceptional customer service is one thing, but genuine humanity and compassion are something much more meaningful.
