“I went to Cottage Grove Culver's with a friend yesterday and was inspired to write a review because the service was well above average. My friend got the flavor of the day frozen custard, which was a devil's food cake chocolate flavor. It looked delicious and I said that out loud. One of the employees there, Brayden, overheard me say that and brought me a free sample. That was so thoughtful and the kind of service one might expect from a sit-down restaurant with servers. It makes me so happy when someone takes pride in their job and exceeds expectations. Besides the excellent service, I have always been impressed with the quality of Culver's food from burgers to salads to custard.“

“Today 4-20-2025 I went to this location two young girls were working around 1:30 pm and I order a small Oreo Blizzard but was charged for a Medium size instead. I come here for weeks now and I know how much for the small and it’s 4.69. and not 5.15. Any ways update: 4-22-2025 around 2pm went to this location and told them about this small incident and younger lady cashier she apologized and So I bought a medium sized Oreo blizzard and got a upgraded to large to balanced it off. Thx ladies! That’s what I called taking care of your customers! I will be back again and again! Now it’s 5 stars not 1 star lols“

“Love this place. A true East Side gem. We have tried the Burgers, Shawarma wrap and bowls totally addicting. Chicken tenders are a hit and don't forget the Gyros they are awesome. Ice cream better than the DQ. Try to visit there one a week. The owners are lovely, very friendly.“

“They have the best ice cream I have it shipped to me. I’ve bought it twice and I’ve been very happy with it. Wish the prices would come down some cause I’m low income but every few months I will buy it if I can afford it.“

“Love the wide variety of cookies they offer. Everything is fresh and tastes delicious. Staff is always friendly. I appreciate that you can order ahead or just walk in. I also think it's helpful that they're open later into the evening to offer a fun evening dessert or goodies for a last minute get together. Really good things come in a pink box!“

“Really good experience at the Culver’s in Woodbury Minnesota. Doing curbside and a shake tipped over in my car and the guy who brought it out was nice enough to go get towels and a new shake. Definitely did not have to do that. It was completely my fault, but he went above and beyond For customer that is a rare thing to find“

“I love love loveeeee the Robert street store! The manager is amazing (I call her my cookie lady) she is always giving me her recommendations and once when I told her I didn’t like I flavor I bought from another store she said pick one out I’ll give it to you for free - she didn’t need to do that- and I didn’t accept but her customer service is above and beyond!!!!“
