“Niki is the best server ever at the Cottage Grove location. We come almost every Friday with our 6 kids. She knows what everyone likes to drink before they order. She is fun, attentive and an absolute pleasure. We will keep coming back!!! We’ve told others!!!!

“Want a great made submarine sandwich that's freshly sliced meats assembled while you're there? Well this is your place along with the friendly staff greeting you as soon as you arrive to them asking you to come back again soon I think just a great sandwich shop. Oh and ask to have your sandwich topped off "Mike's Way" for that finishing touch.

“Tonight we rented out the Carbone's banquet room for our daughters 30th surprise birthday party. Wow what a great time we all had and the Carbone staff was outstanding. Working with Tim/Janelle/Cole and our server Chris to make this the prefect night was flaw-less. Future party gathering's at Carbone's will definitely be happening. “Love getting raw pizza with good ingredients I can cook when ready. I learned to get the crust the way I like it by sliding it off the cardboard carrier 1/2 way through to my pizza pan for a crispy crust”

“This place was hopping on a Saturday night, but we still had fantastic service and great food. There is an extensive menu - something for everyone. The bright Mexican decor is very welcoming. A plus was an actual sit-down bar area that you don't always see. You could go for a drink at the bar without having dinner, but why miss that great food?”

“My first visit here as my friend brought me. She has been here previously and enjoyed the food. Not last night. She ordered her normal sandwich , and it was not made the way it normally is. Asked bartender about it and he stated that is how it normally is, then said well maybe it was made by another cook differently. Bartender was rude and inattentive, complaining about a previous customer not tipping. After we left, friends told us bartender complained about us also because what was ordered was questioned. For a buy one get one drink special on beer I felt it was way overpriced. I personally will not go back to this particular location again.”

“Parking: Love my little DQ, been going here as long as I can remember. It’s just a treat place so the only food items (besides ice cream) is the chili dogs and pretzels with cheese. The lot is small and when it’s hot outside, it gets super busy. When it’s busy you can’t even get in the lot to park bc of the drive through line that occasionally backs up beyond the driveway/lot. It’s easier to park in the lot next door and walk up to the window to order.”
