My wife and I have been going to the eagles since it opened, we have always enjoyed the food. Tonight was one of those rare times when I was just floored by the flavor of something. We went for the prime rib, prime rib is prime rib in my book. Nothing special,just another cut of meat. Well tonight I asked head Chef James if he would prepare mine with a Cajun flare. Boom �!
