Love this place. Great staff you have.
Tonight we rented out the Carbone's banquet room for our daughters 30th surprise birthday party. Wow what a great time we all had and the Carbone staff was outstanding. Working with Tim/Janelle/Cole and our server Chris to make this the prefect night was flaw-less. Future party gathering's at Carbone's will definitely be happening. Thank you Carbone's for making our evening special.
The family and I were in the mood for spaghetti and meatballs tonite and I was too tired to cook. We ordered take out spaghetti with meatballs, baked mostacolli, and a Hawaiian pizza.
