I realized today I haven't yet reviewed this place despite coming here for years. It's a great spot for working away from home or just hanging out. They serve a lot more than coffee. A wide selection of bakery and other food is available. You can't go wrong with any of the paninis.My favorite thing about The Twisted Oak is the layout. Nothing better than feeling at home in a coffee shop when you are out of town on a ramble. And that shop makes a good Breve in THREE sizes. And it does a mammoth Afogato because it’s the end of ice cream season. Chuck in nice people in a handcrafted atmosphere and you have Twisted Oak. Well done!

Very nice coffee shop. My only complaint is that the selection of pastries was very limited and the muffin I had was at least a day old. Otherwise no complaints. Nice couple running the place.
